The location of the property was one of the most pleasing qualities. Just outside you will find the dining options, night life options and shopping. The property inside was easy to locate and the instructions to enter were straightforward although I was new to Australia, I was able to comprehend. The apartment had the basic items required which was a plus point however when we entered the aircon was not on and it was really stuff inside. The other drawback of the property was that towards our final night of stay, dirt water was coming through the taps and showers which was surprising and the management have not done anything about it. I had to follow after my departure to get a response about why dirty water was coming. Also there is a bond due on arrival which would be returned after 7 days however in my case it took 4 follow ups and 10 days

The apartment was clean and well appointed. Great views of the sea. Easy access. Parking was easy. Central location. Good size apartment. A coffee machine and also more tea and coffee would have been great. A welcome pack would make the stay extra special. Bottle of wine, fruit basket etc

Was a nice place to stay, but could do with a good clean in the rooms. Other then that was ok.

It was good but the aircon didn't work properly so it was super hot which ment leaving the door open a lot which was very noisy.

While the apartment itself was great, the owner, “Stephan” could take a few lessons in customer service. I called to query the description of the “sky high” apartment we were allocated as their direct website only listed one 2bed/2bath sky high apartment, and it was on level 32 of the 33 level building. The apartment we were allocated having booked through Expedia, was on level 19 (just over half way up a building is not what I would consider skyhigh) but before I even finished my sentence I got my head bitten off and told that myself and my friend were only after something (I was travelling with my partner and 2 kids!) and it was only my opinion and I worked for the competition; among other accusations. I figured he must have been having complaints elsewhere and I copped the brunt of his attitude - not a great start to the holiday! Dan the on-site manager however was lovely. Check in was easy. The apartment was great, clean and in a great spot (minus the weekend parties on cavil, you can hear the noise) but to be expected when your in a prime location. I would not book with this company again based on his blunt and rude “service”.

Central to Gold Coast venues and so close to the main beach with excellent views. Easy walking to get around.

This is a beautiful hotel with great facilities. The location is central with easy access to all requirements. The room we stayed in had the best uninterrupted view of the ocean.

Great Location, facilities and very clean. The apartment has seen better days. Overall maintenance has been neglected. I was very disappointed. Our stay was fine but the owners need to bring it to a better standard than it was.

Amazing apartment, excellent location! Had everything we needed! Loved the pool areas and the balcony! Even got to check in early!
