Rude staff and check-in that took forever!!

Shower didn’t work, no water pressure, toiletries were empty. Reception staff informed no apology or anything.
Such a shame I have stayed here many times, always been fine but sadly not this year.

Our room stank of smoke coming from the bathroom because people were smoking near the ventilation. We didnt get much sleep and all the hotel did was to offer us 20% discount on food and drink on future visits. Not very likely since this is an airport hotel. Really bad customer service.

The check-in staff were very efficient, helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and had a comfortable bed. The hotel is ideally located for Abu Dhabi airport.

This property is excellent for the purposes of a layover. The shuttle to and from the airport was great. Staff could not have been more attentive booking us in.

Check in and check out was fast and easy. Property is well maintained. Airport transfer was the icing on the cake for those on transit. Room is basic but clean.

Fantastic option, located near to the airport. The free bus pick up is where the main bus pick up point is - and is easy to find. The hotel offers a great stay, with good facilities and a restaurant and coffee shop in-built. The staff were very welcoming.

I stayed here overnight for a long layover and I cannot say enough positive things about th bye stay. The free shuttle was so convenient, and to my surprise...they also offer a free shuttle to a few amazing spots. I was able to take the shuttle to see the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque at sunset and it was phenomenal! Coming back to the hotel restaurant was also a treat, the restaurant offers and amazing buffet and also a room service menu with food options for most all dietary needs. I opted for room service and the experience was perfect. Thank you for such a pleasant stay where att my needs were met and much more.

Booked a family room for an overnight layover and it was perfect. Staff were very accommodating, room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary airport shuttle was a big plus for us. Will definitely come back and recommend!

It was great service. We thougtt they would serve breakfast, but they dint. It was mentioned on the website as well. It would be better to have a pantry area with some snacks and necessities, a microwave to use.

The access from airport was from a shuttle, run down and had no A/C.
The distance from airport seemed very close, it was definitely not.
The bathroom needed some renovation.
Pool area smelled with food being prepared, not the most common thing.
Requesting an uber isn't an options. The app keeps identifying the hotel part of the airport therefore all uber accept the ride and cancel it after 2 min.

Nothinh to fault at the hotel. But i cant give a higer rating than 3 due to the horrendous shuttle bus service. 21 pasengers like sardines squash in to an old bus. Air con awful with 41 celcius weather.
