Great location with clean and comfortable room.

The only complaint we had was the AC, it was extremely loud and made weird bike revving noises on all nights we stayed like it was trying hard to push out air. We eventually got used to the sound on night 2 and did not notify the front desk since we did not want to go through the hassle of switching rooms. At least one of the nights, it helped drown out the noises from an aggravating nearby house (or another room?) party.

Excellent hotel in perfect location

The rooftop restaurant at this hotel was very nice. We had a great time and our waiter Arno was excellent. The room was clean and very nice.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic

The hotel is in a great location and very walkable We had an executive suite. The shower was sub par. The suite needed to be refreshed. The blinds were filthy. The shower leaked everywhere and was super tiny. The terrace was nice but very dirty. The rooftop bar was great.

The hotel room was spacious and extremely accommodating. The location is perfect: close to many restaurants and the metro, taxis are always right outside. As a solo traveler, I felt safe. I would come back and stay again.

Hotel is very nice, staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent area, all brand names just across the street, walking distance for shopping, food in that area is reasonable. Room is very big like an executive room with balcony, a bit pricey. Will order again but get a smaller size if possible; I think it is cheaper if you pay via expedia instead of paying onsite.

Excellent stay!

I enjoyed it with my husband and the location is convenient and close to buses and clean place. Loved the top rooftop area and breakfast choices excellent food and drinks

Great Location

Security on the door throughout our stay was over the top - each time we went in to the hotel we were asked if we were staying there! My nephew was in the city and we arranged to meet him in the hotel, he was told to wait outside by the door security. Not very welcoming. Nice hotel in terms of condition. Room 760 is next to the cleaning cupboard so be prepared to be disturbed at 7:30am each morning.

Shower was a problem-did not drain and ended up flooding the bathroom. Well appointed room, but needs some TLC. Loved the balcony. Staff were super. Perfect location!

Great location in Barcelona with many things in walking distance. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The roof restaurant has a great view of Casa mila and the Sagrada La familia. Great atmosphere. You are able to hear street noise but never had any trouble with sleeping. The beds were a bit too stiff for my liking and would suggest an upgrade for the hotel mattress comfort. The room we were in the soap tray in the shower was slightly broken and one piece on the shower door handle but nothing prevented anything from working the way it should. The only reason me and husband may not stay again would be how firm the bed was, for a short stay it would be fine but anything three nights or more our backs were sore from not being used to a mattress that firm. Loved the location and had great restaurants all in walking distance.

Staff and service were fantastic! They were very friendly from the start of our stay until we left.

Beds were terribly uncomfortable since they did not have a king size available when I booked I picked 2 queen size.. what I ended up with was two singles and a sofa sleeper. I thought it was strange that they had pushed two singles together to make a king thinking that might be normal I paid no mind... However upon looking on the flight home I realized the room was not correct.

Staff are wonderful, could not be more helpful or attentive. So refreshing to stay at a place that has not understaffed the place and who are so polite and friendly.

Great hotel. Amazing location. You can’t beat the location of the hotel. Beautiful rooftop bar with gorgeous views. The rooms need to be remodeled and updated a little but otherwise everything else was great. Stuff was helpful and extremely professional. Thank you for the great stay
