I like the Fuji mountain view of our room and also outlet mall next to it, the hot springs are fantastic.

The walls are dirty inside the room giving it an overall unclean look. Staff are very helpful that’s a plus. Too many ppl talking on the lobby around 3pm ish so when walked in don’t feel calm.

The room can view Mt. Fuji clearly. It is very good. Very recommend to stay in this hotel.

Hotel with Mount Fuji view and there's a private onsen available beside the hotel. There's also a large premium outlet just beside the hotel. The food in the hotel is great too. Overall, it is a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Will stay at this hotel again when I come to visit Mount Fuji next time.

The Mount Fuji view rooms are beautiful! Waking up to Mount Fuji view from the window looks like it’s an art piece in the room! Walkable distance to Gotemba Outlet with lots of shopping and dining options. Hotel is able to send luggage from Clad to Tokyo or any part of Japan. 👍 free public and paid private onsen bath for hotel guests. Highly recommend!

We had an enjoyable time during our stay waking up with a great Mt Fuji view. The service is good and communication is not an issue. The location is amazing for a good unblocked view of Mt Fuji from the room/hotel. It is also walkable to the Gotemba Premium Outlet. There is an in-house public onsen and resting area. Private onsen is also available at a price (per hour). We drove during our trip, so the parking is availability and convenience is very important. The only downside we observed during our trip is the heavy traffic during the day. It might be because the route was also shared with the Premium Outlet.

Room with view to Mt. Fuji is wonderful. Room is spacious and comfortable, managed to fit to large check-in luggages, 2 standard carry-ons and backpacks without problem. Staff are friendly and speak English well. Restaurant could get a little busy but offer decent food at reasonable price. Private and public onsen areas are clean and nice. Location is super convenient, parking is validated (free) and easy access to hotel. Will want to come back again.

Stayed for 1 night for shopping purpose. Location is right at Premium outlets with a superb Mt Fuji as a backdrop. Staff were friendly & nice. Overall a good place to stay.

The view of mt Fuji at the lobby gives you a wow feel. Level 2 - relaxation and rest areas are unique. Enjoy the onsen. Other than that, nothing much to do. Took a bus from shinjuku to the hotel. Suggest to book an earlier return bus back to city. Or else is shopping again.

We came here to shop til we drop. This hotel is located right at the outlet. The onsen was a big surprise for me. perfect view of mount fuji. Room was clean and big. Love this hotel

Room with super nice view but no service in the entrance you will just fine a signage , no one give you direction for parking as well. the carpet in room are super dirty, especially the corner area with full of dust.

Staffs are very helpful. Hotel is clean and convenient excess to premium outlet.

If you are lucky enough to see Mount Fuji, the experience is really amazing. Onsen is nice too and the private onsen is worth trying

Just a short walk from the Gotemba outlets. I think I will stay here going forward. The hot spring in the hotel overlooks Mount Fuji and was tremendously relaxing.

near convenient store after gotemba close and near the hotel. if guess reach hotel late there are nothing to eat. and massage only got 2 massage therapist. the hotel only have 3 washing machine and no dryer.
