The location of the hotel is very good. Transportation is convenient. The only negative thing I can say is that the cleanliness is poor.

One of the worst experiences of my life. I've traveled to very many different countries and have never had such bad experience with a hotel. My family and I arrived and checked in late around 10:00pm after a very long flight from USA. At around 1:30am while we were sleep, other guests checked in nextdoor and their kids started running and screaming by our doors and the hallway until around 4:00am, banging the walls and slamming the doors. We had 2 rooms, both rooms were very small and had no room to walk around. Outdated and dirty bathrooms. There are no telephones inside the rooms to contact the front desk. We had the rooms for 3 nights and decided to check out in the morning and move to another hotel. I gave the hotel, hotel.com and the management a chance to offer a refund and correct this and they decided to hold myoney and not give me a refund.

Rooms are very small. You can hear everything that is happening in the rooms next door. Bath is very dirty. There are holes in the Wall. Bathroom is Tiny.

Very good. Room wasn’t ready when I got there but staff were helpful and guys on reception made tea while I waited. Room was small but exactly what you’d expect for the price. Ideal location. I’d recommend.

The people were very nice!! So friendly & kind. The hotel itself is not very comfortable. The terras had ashes from sigarette everywhere. They don’t clean in between. Breakfast was okay. The only nice thing was the people! En the view from the terras. I’m sorry.

Within 3 days no cleaning, rude staff, pictures of rooms are different.breakfast only at 9 clock. No kids friendly hotel. Very loud, uncomfortable beds.

It is very close to the metro and bus stops. The rooms are clean and the employees are very caring. There are areas around where I can find food open until late at night. The hotel price is very reasonable, thank you.

I loved this place. Everything was close. Bus stops were really close. There is a bus stop right outside. Staff are so friendly! I felt very safe as well.

Honestly I don’t write reviews but this was terrible. The hotel posted fake pictures online to lure tourists in. They didn’t have our reservation and then told us no rooms were available. They made my grandmother and I wait 2 HOURS before getting us a room, and then offered us one bed thinking that would be okay… they made us switch rooms twice and on top of that the rooms were disgusting. They provided no towels or blankets and only a sheet on the bed. The bathrooms were atrocious and there’s were holes in the walls, sink was broken, mold in the shower and just in utter shambles. The owners should be ashamed of themselves.

Misleading pictures and descriptions! The room is tragically small, I stayed in the triple room, meant for three and there was absolutely no space to move around you literally have to shuffle sideways or jump over the bed to go from one side of the room to the other! If you plan to be outside the entire time and return to the room/ hotel to just shower and sleep then it’s ok otherwise the room is very small and you’ll feel like your in a prison cell, Wi-Fi sucks and is spotty so you better off getting a SIM card! Staff had attitudes so they were always a pain to deal with, except the lady who cleans the room she is an angel.

Generally it was good enough for the price. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean. The breakfast wasn't very on time though; sometimes they would clean up half an hour before the end of breakfast hours. Also the wifi was sometimes barely working.

Me and my friends stayed for 17 days in this hotel, at first I was scared as we came at night it seemed like a dodgy location but we opened our minds and it was acc a good place. Amazing staff(speaks english rare in turkey). The location was good as we could go anywhere by bus or just walk as everything was on reach by walking. We had an amazing time. Only negative point was the foul smell of sewage in our room which was awful sometimes. There is a restaurant just infront of the hotel which is good and we made friends they struggled to speak english but they tried very hard and were great in their hospitality. (Highly rate them.) There is a bridge close to the hotel for trains. This hotel is close to a lot of things and if you need help just ask the staff. Their breakfast is buffet and free for anyone staying but not much options. I would rather pay at the restaurant if I'm honest and it wasn't expensive and better quality. I didn't have a car but parking was not available.
