The service personal is amazing they treat you like royalty, my only concern is that is a little boring hotel for young people and the beach is not very clean. But if you going to relax and eat good food and nice drink, this is your hotel

This property is mediocre at best. Yes the sun and the pools are nice. The room we were in had larva in the shower, that they never came to take care of. It often stunk terribly of dung. Some of the staff were very rude and racist. Mind you not all the staff were like that and those 4 or 5 deserve to be commended. The best part was the swim up pool and even that was dirty filled with leaves and bugs. On a good note the nightly entertainment was okay. Personally had never seen a circus show and was impressed. Be warned though their going to invite you to a presentation for free stuff be ready to sit there for 4 hours and get a cup and a T-shirt. Personally will never go to a all inclusive again

Nice experience first time out the country, but some things could improve. Room took a bit to cool down, I didn’t really like how you could see in the shower from the bed. Food was hit or miss, I wish they covered the food a buffet with something to avoid bug’s getting in or around the food. The staff was very helpful and kind. Wish they had more activity’s through the day but I had an extremely amazing time here and will come back again.

I don’t like anything in this Serenade Punta Cana Beach & Spa Resort really really bad experience

I had a stay from Friday August 9th thru Tuesday August 13th. When I enter my room #4325 I discovered that I didn't have wash clothes. The first night I used my hands to apply body wash and clean. Saturday, I personally went to the check-in counter requested wash clothes the guy put in room service. I DID NOT get any wash clothes in my room. I saw the house keeping women in the breezeway the morning showed them the wash clothes I asked for 2. The 2 house keeping women mumbled something like 10 minutes. THEY NEVER CAME AND I NEVER GOT TOWELS. I washed again with my hands & left my room for the entire day, came back later to bath my skin for dinner still NO WASH CLOTHES IN MY ROOM. I proceeded to call front desk the male said he will send 4 wash towels to my room in 20 minutes. I NEVER GOT WASH CLOTHES MY ENTIRE STAY AT THIS RESORT. THE EMPLOYEES & STAFF WERE EXTREMELY "CURT" meaning "RUDE & SHORT" we me as a paying guest. IT was like the color of my skin wasn't welcomed amoung their kind. This resort is open & accepting to DIVERSE cultures of monies, therefore I highly recommended that the staff obtain extensive TRAINING IN FLUENT LANGUAGES AND COURTESY TO ALL NATIONALITIES NOT JUST THE NATIONALITIES THAT LOOK & SPEAK LIKE THEM. I could not get something as simple as wash cloth, IF I would have gotten SICK/ ill, The EMPLOYEES/STAFF WOULD NOT HAVE PROVIDE ME MEDICAL ASSISTANCE!!

The property on the “Family Side” is terrible and not worth the money at stay anywhere. Let’s Begin with the check in process. They do not explain that you need reservations for EVERY restaurant for lunch and Dinner and availability is limited making it impossible to eat anywhere other than buffet or sports bar. The gentleman who checked us in explained nothing. we didn’t even know there was an app to make the reservations until we spoke to the desk the following day. All this should have been set during the check in process to ensure guest have a pleasant experience. Staff like hottest seemed almost annoyed with people and had very rude attitudes. I paid for a double bed suite with pool swim out and they gave me single bed suite. When I asked what happened they said that was all that was left. Unacceptable in my opinion. I didn’t get the room I paid for. The liquor they use is trash no name brand liquors come with the “ all inclusive “ experience. We had to buy named brand alcohol ourselves to get thru our vacation. Pay $75 for a Jose bottle is insane but we did Roxana the Customer Service Manager there did absolutely nothing to help in fact she was even more disrespectful than the staff. I have video proof of her ill treatment towards my friends and I What was supposed to be a memorable experience for my bestfriends bachelorette turned into a vacation from hell. We ate the sports bar once and were given raw chicken nuggets.This is a health violation.

First of all, this is not a five star hotel, the service is not that pleasant. The welcoming, not what I expected from a a 5 star resort, too hot and humid in the Lobby, buffet and other places. The theater without AC, it good at all, the staff not at the level of a 5 start resort, unfortunately very disappointed.

Overall very happy, hotel needs to work on lack of air conditioning in restaurants and lobby. Food was exceptionally good in the a la carte restaurants. Would visit again.

Good location, perfect size of the property so everything is walkable. Food and service are great. I just hope they will air-condition their theatre as it is so hot in there we didn't watch a single show and have themes every night so the buffet food will have more variety. Otherwise, the resort is good and can recommend.

I wasn't happy that smoking and vaping are allowed everywhere although this is a family resort. Cleaning services need improvement...providing enough supplies (towels, water, etc.) Code of conduct rules need to be implemented for all staff members.

The workers here were overall rude with a few nice ones. The male workers shamelessly stared and flirted with my friends and I even after rejecting them.. Front desk staff hardly answered the phone and housekeeping/room service took a very long time Food was bad- Get a reservation for hibachi it was very good. I would go multiple nights if you can because most of the food is horrible. For breakfast wait in line for the omlette its worth the wait. Drinks are very watered down- the mama Juana was good I would ask for that. The property is beautiful and the rooms were very pretty and clean There was construction you coulf hear from the room but it wasn’t too bad The beach was also pretty but do NOT take pictures with the parrots! They tried to charge us 300$ for photos we did not ask for Overall its not a bad resort I would consider coming here again

Nice family resort.

The level of service we are received at Serenade Hotel and Spa was unsatisfactory. Upon our arrival at the Serenade Hotel and Spa 8/1/24, we encountered several issues with the services and accommodations. Firstly, our room was not prepared as expected, causing an inconvenience. Additionally, the room's air conditioning unit was not functioning, and we also discovered that the refrigerator in our room was not operational. The night supervisor, Jancer Pierre, modified our reservation by downgrading our accommodations. Although we had paid for a room with two beds, we were reassigned to a room with only one bed, despite three individuals in our party. It was at 10:41 pm, when got the room.

The staff were great but management i think is the problem, their buffet & restaurant was hot they don’t turn on the AC! It’s not comfortable while eating and you will see their staff sweating all over their face & uniform. We booked 2 rooms I was requesting if they can give us a room next to each they didn’t even entertain us as he said they already assigned room the day before we’re arriving. I was hoping that they can provide a family of 6 in 1 room. The resort was new & clean.

I recently stayed at Serenade Punta Cana, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The towels provided were old and stained, which made me question their cleanliness. Additionally, the umbrellas around the pool were broken and in poor condition, leaving guests exposed to the sun. To top it off, the service was lacking; staff seemed uninterested and unresponsive to our needs. Overall, the quality of the facilities and service did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this resort based on my experience.

The food needs to be better, and staff more nicely

We enjoyed our stay at Serenade Resort and Spa. Check in was quick, they didn’t require a hold on my credit card and I didn’t have to use a bell bot to take my luggage. The restaurants were close to our room, pools were close as well. We got massages at the spa and they did an amazing job.

The room was nice but no hot water and a/c did not work well. My sandals got stolen at the beach seating area. Overall the food was good. The recreation was poor (music some days until 9:00 PM)
