Great place everyone was a delight a lot of activities to do and shows at night. Good music from the dj in the club. Recommend to anyone to go. Will return to stay soon.

I have been robbed there. My case is not the only one case, there are a lot of guests who lost their money in a very veird circumstances. Rooms are dirty, very poor English knowledge of hotel stuff. The food is ok but only ok- not really Dominican, the fruits are sour and unripe- I expected by that location fruits would taste amazing and it is like that but not in this hotel. The waiters didn’t react on questions or forgot about my orders several times. Hotel which allows to robber their guest shouldn’t have 5 starts.

The resort was beautiful. Housekeeping came everyday and cleaned our rooms. We went to the spa and even upgraded our stay to gold. Our concierge Marcos was amazing. We will be back in the near future

First time at the Serenade Punta Cana. This is a newer hotel and you can see it was very well planned with everything they did. I liked it becaue it was smaller in size, i did not have to take tram car to get to the beach or the buffett. Check in was easy and quick, i asked for an upgrade and was given a beautiful suite with two bathrooms and one bedroom with a pull out couoch bed. The food was excellent, Breakfast lunch and dinner.I had the pleasure of meeting Joandel Cayetano, he was always there for all of us, making sure are drinks were always refilled. Just a perfect helper to all of us. Also Yandys Guerrero and Pelagia Ramirez. Both again very helpful i never had to ask for anything they were always right there. Pebel and Freddy made sure we had everything we needed and cant forget Pedito Rosa .The Captain Victor and Hostess Soribel made sure everything in the buffet ran smoothly. They have a beautiful theater were we saw some good shows. I just wish they would get the theater Air conditioned as it would be warm in side.. We were there for Hollowen and the hotel was decorted so nice. They even had a little haunted house for the kids...All the pools were nice, great water park, and the beach my favotie of all. Very few waves and always chairs to find. This is a beautiful hotel perfect for relaxing, and nce for kids. Hopefully i will return soon. Thank you to all the people that work there you were all great.

It was ok, I was expecting more.

Overall, very mediocre experience with this hotel. waiters for the most part very nice and helpful, management has a lot of room for improvement. my main concern is that there is no info about restaurant booking at all and if you reserve this place today for today, you cant make a reservation for the restaurants... and despite all our attempts explaining guest services that we made a booking today and staying just for one night did not help at all. Buffet was so-so at the most. rooms where very smelly and drain issues was at every tub and sink. we travel at least once a month and stay at quite a few hotels in DR and this is the only one where I feel like wasting my time and express my opinion, all previous experience where just a straight 5 star!

This resort was absolutely amazing. There was plenty to do for lovers, friends, and families. If you wanted to avoid the kiddos, just book the adults only side, only a 2 min walk from the main resort area. We’re ready to go back again!
