Loved the contactless check-in! Really clean and modern rooms

Nice place in downtown Colorado Springs. The rooms are a bit small, but very well done. The check out time of 10 am seems a little steep for a hotel. The restaurant is very good for lunch and dinner. I would consider this place again in the future.

Great boutique hotel in downtown. Very friendly staff. Liz, on particular, was very helpful after I had some travel issues. A friend state at Courtyard property a few blocks over and was not pleased with his stay there. I travel 100+ nights a year and highly recommend Kimber!

A great hotel in convenient location. Rooms were modern and clean with a great shower. Staff were so helpful and welcoming from David at check in who left us cookies in our room after our epic and elongated journey from the UK to Will who was superfriendly in the bar - and everyone inbetween. Great spot to explore outdoor attractions nearby with lots of places to eat/drink within walking distance. A great first stop on our 2 week Colorado road trip!

This place is nice just not great for double occupancy. Lack of convenient plug ins. Sink is located just a meter from the bed and not in bathroom. Air conditioning not great, either hot or cold. No in between. Noise from traffic is horrible and makes it very hard to sleep.

We were extremely satisfied with Kinship landing
Good location waking up to the view of the Rockies clean and most of All the best staff of any place we have ever stayed. They were always So helpful at anytime and their smiles were worth weight of gold. If anyone plans to visit Colorada I very highly recommend The best yet !

When we got there, check in went smoothly, went to our first room- and it had not even been cleaned. So they upgraded our room to a king size bed suite- which was really nice! We were happy! Their service was excellent!

I like this clean, modern hotel. Have stayed here before.like the common area, location, bathrooms. But this time I spent $200 for a mattress that was a lumpy marshmallow with matching bad pillows. Almost unsleepable. Time to check all the mattresses and upgrade the bad ones. People are paying too much for this.

Easy check in, clean room, not many extras but that’s ok with me. We had a room with patio and the view was nice. We didn’t eat or drink at the restaurant but it was available. Short walk to coffee house and other restaurants. I would stay here again.

I absolutely loved our stay here. From the moment we walked in staff greeted us. Hotel room was very clean. Ambiance by the bar was incredible. Daniel checked us in and went over and beyond. I’m coming back and staying here just for the experience. Grateful that there are still places that care about the people they serve.

Nice hotel no pool pr weight room and rooms alot smaller than pictures portray. Also states "kitchen open all day" on website but went to go get dessert and was told they close kitchen at 10 PM. Staff was great considering there was a wedding going on and could hear all the music in room until 11 PM. Rented room to ger away from that, but overall modem layout and hotel.

We really loved our stay at Kinship. Close to all that Downtown Colorado Springs has to offer (and beautiful views of the Pikes Peak—highly recommend a room with a Mountain View!). A note that parking and breakfast are not included in the rate, and the hotel doesn’t have a fitness center (but does offer things like onsite group classes).

This is a very nice and modern hotel. It was a great location. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The only negative was that the doors are locked from 10 PM to 7 AM, and my key card did not work on the guest entrance. otherwise, a great stay!

We stayed two nights in this hotel, family of four, as our first stop on a multi-state roadtrip. Check in was a beeeze, staff were all super helpful and helped us find places we were looking for, suggested places to eat, etc. Check out was easy as well. The room was spotless, shower was amazing, beds were beyond comfortable. The kids loved the unique (to us) decor in the lobby. Would definitey stay here again!

Like the nature concept in the lobby but sadly the rooms are small and a lot of traffic noise from the streets. With the raised platform beds you have to really be mind for or you will fall/trip. Not fitting for anyone older or with any kind of mobility limitations. No gym or other amenities and check in is an hour later than most hotels with check out being an hour earlier. Not much bang for your buck here.
