Far enough to be away from people, close enough to be comfortable

conveniently close to akihabara station. spacious and convenient for travelers with kids.

All staff are all very helpful and friendly and even though some are not very good in English, they tried very hard and patiently to try to communicate with us and to try understand what we wanted with translating application and solved all problems for us. Place is very clean and quiet. Though a bit of walk to train station (about 10-13 minutes walk).

Excellent location. There was an abundance of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Our room was well equipped and spacious compared to other hotels. I appreciated the table and chairs which gave us a place to sit and relax after exploring the city. The washer in the room worked well too, just don’t wash too much at a time. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Akihabara is a great place to stay. The apart hotel had everything we needed. Dining table, efficient mini kitchen, separate room with tatami bedding and a small table where my husband was able to work. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The elevator and room door needed key codes which felt really safe. There was a grocery store and French-style bakery about 3 minutes walk away. Lots of restaurants within 5-15 minutes walk, a local playground on the next corner, train stations were easily walkable. Don’t hesitate to book this. Our family loved the 1 week stay.

The apartment had been set up for our family of four. We requested for an extra pillow and were given one. The room has a small kitchen, microwave, toaster. I had used the indication stove once during my stay. But they mentioned no cooking oil must be used so I was quite puzzled on that that. We were provided sufficient towels and toiletries. Trash must be sealed and placed outside the room before 12pm. Used towels can be collected too before the same time. I would say that the room wasn't entirely clean during cleaning days. But it wasn't an issue for me since we were only in the room at night time as we were always out the whole day. I wasn't able to make a call from my phone to the front desk. I guess it's my phone issue. But it's okay we went down to ask them for laundry detergent which the graciously provided. Everything was good and the apartment was good enough for my family and I will stay here again.

We will choose it again if ever visiting Akihabara.

Good hotel, but probably not the great area for japan travelers

Hotel looks new and it's in a quiet and convenient location.

This hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood whilst still being near the heart of Akihabara and walking distance to delicious restaurants. The hotel room had everything we needed provided for us and was comforting for us to come back to at the end of the day.

Great property. Would stay here again. Walkable to Akihabara and other districts. What would be great is if the codes to elevator and for are the same, otherwise it’s hard to remember two of them.

Quiet area but you can here train noise from outside. Room was bit wide and clean as well. I really liked using laundry machine. I will stay here next time, if I visit tokyo again.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights as a family of four. The hotel is modern, spacious, and most important clean! The staff are very helpful and friendly as well. It’s located around 5 minutes of walk to Akihabara station which is very convenient. There is a small supermarket nearby which is very helpful for snacks and groceries. The hotel is also very close to many restaurants and drinking places. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and have recommended it to our friends who will be visiting Japan in two months.

MONday Apart Premium Akihabara is in a perfect location for anyone keen on being in the Akihabara area of Japan. Only 10 minutes from Akihabara Station, plenty of dining, Kobini and grocery options make this an ideal location. To top it off, the rooms are much bigger than the standard Japanese hotel rooms and offer the bonus of a kitchenette for cooking, etc. Great staff, cleanly, etc. Hard to find any flaws at all. Thank you.

Very quiet and comfortable accommodation. Just 3 rooms per floor so didn’t hear any noise whatsoever during our stay. Hotel staff helpful, though with limited English. They have a translator machine on hand so communication is possible. Recommend you hand Google Lens or something similar as the washing machine/dryer, air con and tv don’t have English instructions. Once you figure it out it’s fine

Great property to stay at with kids. There’s a park with a playground right next door. Laundry machine in the unit was great. Very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 small kids. We liked that we could leave our bags there before we could check-in. Kitchen with pans to cook. Only downside is to get to the main part of Akihabara takes about 10-15 minutes walk. But Akihabara station is about 5ish minutes from the hotel by foot.

Great hotel, great location the hotel has all you need for a good vacation in tokyo.

Our family stay was average. Postage stamp sized room for the 4 of us. Receptionist spoke not a word of English. All signs in Japanese which did not make one feel too comfortable. We finally asked about washing machine instructions and they did pull out an English page. Why was this not in the room in the first place. Did not use air or TV because of same.

Great accommodation near Akihabara train station! Plenty of room for 3 adults/3 kids. There was a separate room with Japanese futons so kids and grown-ups had their space. The bathroom had a nice soaking tub to relax in after a long day of walking. While much better of Akihabara was more adult-oriented, the area around the hotel was quiet. The location was great and close to convenience stores and a supermarket which was perfect for our family!

Rude staff member on arrival soured our experience. You have to use a ridiculous automated system to check-in, but require reception assistance to understand how to do it. One of the beds in our family apartment was not made. The sheets are left for you to do it yourself and room was only serviced once over a week. Location was convenient for our purposes and neighbourhood was fine.

Great overall!

This is a perfectly good hotel for tooling around Tokyo. It's fairly central and close to a major train station. We stayed in the suite w/a tatami room which worked out well for our stay. It has all the amenities you need to cook, do laundry, etc.

The MONday apartment hotel in Akihabara was excellent for our family's stay in Tokyo. We had a wonderful time Only issue we had with the property was that we were not able to get extra pillows. That caused a little inconvenience, but other than that, it was great.

Perfect for a family of 4. Great amenities like a washer and a full kitchen! Will def book again!

Good location, good room Must re-visit

Nice compact apartment. Has what you need for a few days. Handy location. Lovely staff. Shower head doesn't work very well/could be changed.

I like the big living area and the close distance to the JR lines and metros.

I stayed here with my family and it was my kids favorite hotel on our Japan vacation. The area around the hotel is quiet but there are small restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We never needed a taxi to get around from here. Our room was clean and quiet. It was great having a washing machine and stove. The staff were friendly. We'll probably stay here on our next trip to Japan.
