Great hotel overall. Would recommend, but they need to keep breakfast foods refreshed more quickly. Also had some outlets not working in the room. And a crazy guy was present during breakfast one day bothering everyone, and hotel never removed him.

The hotel is super close to Six Flags so that was convenient. The check in staff were super friendly. Their breakfast spread is good. However, they run out often of food and take quite a bit to replenish and all the trash cans were full both days. The room was clean and a mirror in the room would be great.

Pros: The front desk staff were amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. Our room wasn’t ready when we got there (it was before the check in time of 4pm) but we sat in the bar/lounge area and watched the football game- it was very nice and CLEAN. Pool area was small but also very clean, it was great hanging out there and going for a dip before we headed over to Magic Mountain. A 4 min drive to Magic Mountain or a $10 uber ride each way.. we did both and it was great! We were also able to get a late checkout which was very nice.
Cons: The free breakfast ended right at 9am which was a little early imo. There isn’t a jacuzzi out by the pool.
We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again!

The girl in the pm shift was very rude. We had to switch rooms around midnight because the toilet was broken and when I asked her to waive the late check out fee of $20 she gave me and attitude. Not happy.

The first thing I noticed upon walking in was a very knowledgeable friendly staff. The hotel was clean from the start. The room was super clean and very comfortable. Will be coming back!!

It lives up the the Spring Hill Suites style and cleanliness. I found the two elevator situation to be confusing the first time and slow then after. It would make more sense and cost less to have a single elevator that goes from the parking garage to all floors.

One of the bar staff closed over 30 minutes early with people sitting there. Our fridge had fruit left in it. Pillows were terrible. No make up wipes or towel.

Great location, clean property, ample parking lot with additional inside parking, spacious room.
Excellent customer service, professional, and friendly staff from all departments: front desk, breakfast, housekeeping, and maintenance.
HOWEVER, there was an alarm caused by the greetings on TV: my name was never displayed during my 4 days 3 nights stay. Instead, there were various different names written on TV.
I cannot be anymore care less with the greeted names, but the blunder caused an unnecessary alarm regarding personal identity, especially during the ongoing technology crimes.

Check in was extremely quick less than 5 minutes. Also the staff Wes very friendly and willing to help with anything. Transportation to six flags is free and the outside area was nice and clean. Will definitely be back

Only one member on duty to check in guests at busy time of 4 to 6. No bell service -self service. Room was delightful but the freeway noise was not. We thought the window was open because the sound was so loud. Need earplugs to sleep

The floors need to be vacuumed and bathroom needed a bit more cleaning.just an fyi no dogs in breakfast area . Staff were all nice .will stay again .

My daughter step on a piece of glass over the swimming pool, I went to the front desk and reported the situation and they just apologized, didn't bother to check or send someone to clean the area. my wife and I found several glass pieces on the floor... something that I was not expecting from a Marriot location.

for a new facility the cleanliness was subpar. The shower backed up upon first use and we had to call to have them remove the 10lb clog of hair, and the sink was also super slow. stingy with towels and toiletries. the manager needs to get the cleaning crew to do better. like wipe down the wall where the garbage can is, literal poop on the wall and they just put in a new bag like its normal. gross. the beds were comfy, the pull out couch thing is a pain but happy to have it for the kids. pool area is decent, bar on site is nice but limited. the breakfast was yuck. even the muffins were weird and no flavor. the oatmeal was slop at best, and that's if you were lucky enough to get anything through the stampede of other stayers. this hotel could be wonderful. needs work.
