We spent only one night
The room was nice and clean, also comfortable bed

I didn't stay. I needed to refund or move my stay, because something came up and I couldn't go. But I couldn't find any way to change it or move it. I used to be able to reach customer service. Your virtual assistant is not helpful at all. No contact info anywhere on your site. So I spent more than $300 for nothing. Look at my history with your site - i've spend thousands of dollars with you. That will be the last time I ever use your service. Bye bye.

The bed had bed bugs and my 4 year old daughter had bites all over her leg. Definitely will not stay here again. From the outside and over all it looks clean but as you look closer it was definitely not clean.

There’s low frequency noise from the electric room. Can barely sleep during the nigh. After investigation with the engineer team, they find me room to switch. It seems to be an unfixable problem and the only solution is to find a room far away the electric room which are very few available. Very good services from the front desk.

Pros: Hotel is VERY convenient, right across the street from the mall and several restaurants! Staff is amazing and very helpful, and the food is GREAT!! Pool is open until 10pm which was very nice.. kids loved swimming after a full day at Magic Mountain.
Cons: The hot tub was broken, no valet, and parking across the street in the parking garage was kind of a pain.
Definitely will be back!! 😁

This place was dirty and the animates were awful the room service was limated I couldn't get a pot of hot water couldn’t take my food to the room from the restaurant I would not stay there again.

At check in nice and clean. They only provided 1 roll of toilet paper and did not leave an extra roll had to ask for one. Bought our own room service made beds but did not throw garbage out of refill toilet paper. Parking was a little high it should be included in room package

I've stayed at this hotel for 5 weeks in a row for business commute, and the front desk staff is welcoming & tries its best. The two gentlemen who work at the front door are also v polite & super helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms (and I've been in a variety on all floors) are consistently dirty -- sometimes, really dirty (read: gross).

Front desk staff were unfriendly, seemed annoyed when I went up to ask questions, which I only did twice, two separate times, so had the same experience with two different front desk staff members and decided not to go back to ask for help and just figured things out on my own. Great location though, close to shops and restaurants. I would not return to this hotel.

We love the comfortable room! Little things like the reading lights by the bed, USB ports, large TV, spacious closet, fridge keeps things cold, nice view from the room and much much more! It’s walkable to shopping and dining. Everything was perfect.
