Great hotel overall. Would recommend, but they need to keep breakfast foods refreshed more quickly. Also had some outlets not working in the room. And a crazy guy was present during breakfast one day bothering everyone, and hotel never removed him.

The hotel is super close to Six Flags so that was convenient. The check in staff were super friendly. Their breakfast spread is good. However, they run out often of food and take quite a bit to replenish and all the trash cans were full both days. The room was clean and a mirror in the room would be great.

Pros: The front desk staff were amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. Our room wasn’t ready when we got there (it was before the check in time of 4pm) but we sat in the bar/lounge area and watched the football game- it was very nice and CLEAN. Pool area was small but also very clean, it was great hanging out there and going for a dip before we headed over to Magic Mountain. A 4 min drive to Magic Mountain or a $10 uber ride each way.. we did both and it was great! We were also able to get a late checkout which was very nice. Cons: The free breakfast ended right at 9am which was a little early imo. There isn’t a jacuzzi out by the pool. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again!

Friendly staff early check in and close to Six flaggs magic mt

The girl in the pm shift was very rude. We had to switch rooms around midnight because the toilet was broken and when I asked her to waive the late check out fee of $20 she gave me and attitude. Not happy.

The first thing I noticed upon walking in was a very knowledgeable friendly staff. The hotel was clean from the start. The room was super clean and very comfortable. Will be coming back!!

Clean room with everything we needed. Large tv with nice desk area. Decent bar downstairs. Pool area was clean and full of towels.

The hotel was very nice and clean also the staff each one I interacted with was friendly and inviting.

It lives up the the Spring Hill Suites style and cleanliness. I found the two elevator situation to be confusing the first time and slow then after. It would make more sense and cost less to have a single elevator that goes from the parking garage to all floors.

One of the bar staff closed over 30 minutes early with people sitting there. Our fridge had fruit left in it. Pillows were terrible. No make up wipes or towel.

Great stay

Great location, clean property, ample parking lot with additional inside parking, spacious room. Excellent customer service, professional, and friendly staff from all departments: front desk, breakfast, housekeeping, and maintenance. HOWEVER, there was an alarm caused by the greetings on TV: my name was never displayed during my 4 days 3 nights stay. Instead, there were various different names written on TV. I cannot be anymore care less with the greeted names, but the blunder caused an unnecessary alarm regarding personal identity, especially during the ongoing technology crimes.

Check in was extremely quick less than 5 minutes. Also the staff Wes very friendly and willing to help with anything. Transportation to six flags is free and the outside area was nice and clean. Will definitely be back

Only one member on duty to check in guests at busy time of 4 to 6. No bell service -self service. Room was delightful but the freeway noise was not. We thought the window was open because the sound was so loud. Need earplugs to sleep
