Very clean, very friendly staff and an excellent restaurant.

Modern style hotel with highly ambitious appearance. The room was introduced as a Junior Suite. Kudos to the designer to have included all elements of this room category into such small space. Only critique beside the space was that the bed while queen-size consisted of two beds and mattresses pushed together. The kitchenette was fully equipped for two. The bathroom satisfied with modern design, walk-in shower and all amenities to be expected. The check-in process suffered from being entirely digitized, interactive and seemingly over engineered and took way too long. The garage is very tight and requires the driver master the vehicle and know it‘s dimensions very intimately. If you drive a full size car or bigger see that you find a space in the open space. Overall we were content with our stay and would come back if in the vicinity. The hotel would benefit from not trying to be more than it is.

Very modern hotel with great amenities. There are bus stops just outside, in either direction is a short ride to the overground then just over 20 minutes to the centre of town. So I liked the quiet location and easy access to town. The rooftop pool and spa areas are great. Enjoyed my time here and would come back.

Great stay

I love this hotel and even more after they showed great customer service in letting me check in at 12. I appreciate this can't always be possible but for them to do that was thoughtful.

Great hotel, wonderful friendly staff, included breakfast is heads and shoulders better than anything you get in the U.S. at a similar price point. The room I used could use a paint touch up, the location requires a lengthy walk to a train station or use of Uber/Taxi, and the area is a bit industrial so a little noisy at times but these were the only issues.

The hotel was very nice, but there’s really nothing in walking distance. There is a bus stop right there which is convenient, but we had to hop on a bus and usually 1-2 trains to get to the places we were going which took about 45 min (versus a 10-15 min car ride - we couldn’t get any Ubers but we had a group of 6 and it was during Oktoberfest which likely made it tough). I’d recommend downloading the MVV app so you can view bus/train times & purchase tickets. There is free breakfast with your stay, and like most hotels, it is the same buffet everyday (pancakes, fruit, yogurt, sausages, etc.), but it was helpful since there were no restaurants in walking distance. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable, but the main bed was fine. Otherwise the hotel is very nice, and we did enjoy our stay. There is AC, but it doesn’t get very cold, so it was still pretty hot in our rooms.

Clean, stylish, comfortable and warm welcoming from the hotel. The breakfast is the best we had ever on road trips. Free parking around the block is a big plus. Will stay again if coming to Munich.

Great place

1. There are many varieties of berries for breakfast, which is a great advantage, but the other days are basically the same. We have no surprises for staying for four days! 2. I read a lot of comments saying that the toilet lacks a place to hang clothes. In fact, this is easy to solve. I don’t know why it still hasn’t been solved. 3. A few tea bags are not provided every day during the stay. This is really a bit weird. I have been to dozens of countries. first encounter! In fact, will it cost a lot to provide four tea bags a day? No, but it is true that you will make the guests uncomfortable! 4. The cleaning time of the gym is very strange. Generally, guests will exercise in the morning or evening, but the cleaning happens to be after 8 o'clock in the evening. We need to wait when we go at 9 o'clock. This is the first time we have encountered this! 5. There is also a lack of a sensor light, because it is very dark to go to the toilet in the middle of the night, and it is very uncomfortable to turn on the light 。The bed is good, and the indoor temperature is also suitable

Everything about this hotel was incredible. From the immaculate rooms, to the stunning rooftop bar/pool area to the tranquil spa, my partner and I had the most amazing time. We fell in love with the local area of Gräfelfing and the S-Bahn ride into the centre of Munich was so seamless. Big thank you to all the hospitality, spa and hotel staff who went the extra mile to ensure we had the best stay. Thank you, Hotel Grefis - we will definitely be back!

The location itself is quite industrial, which is not very romantic, however the hotel it is very modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and high quality with a wide variety of fruits and juices.

I definitely appreciate every aspect of Grefis, front desk and restaurant personnel are awesome. Special thanks to Mr Zuckov (hopefully I spelled it correctly). Keep it up, Grefis!

Staff is wonderful and very accommodating, especially when calling Taxi's for guests. Breakfast is awesome and so full of many traditional options!

Stayed here for a couple days, i have to say it was a very pleasant experience! Close to public transportation, excellence bar and breakfast downstairs. We wish we understood how we couldve gotten umbrellas with the hotels logo on it. We saw it alot but never attempted to ask. Especially since it rained alot there, but nonetheless an absolute great experience.
