This was an outstanding property, especially for the very reasonable price. The house was large and well equipped and the setting was lovely. Our group was small, but it would be a great house for a larger family reunion.

We loved the setting of the property! There was lots of outdoor space that was much enjoyed and well furnished. The kitchen was also well supplied. There were seven of us staying and we had plenty of room to spread out.

15 easy minutes from UNC Chapel Hill and from downtown Durham. Clean, comfortable, well stocked and in a beautiful setting. Everything worked as it should. Lots of food and shopping options 5-10 min away. Helpful and responsive host.

We stayed in August for 5 nights while visiting family. The house was clean and very spacious and included many amenities such as; toiletries, kitchen supplies, games, cleaning supplies, and other small things. We cooked out and enjoyed the grill, deck and overall yard. The property is in a good location, 20 minutes to downtown Cary and Durham. Five minutes from South Point mall and minutes away from Harris Teeters market, ABC liquor store and Total wine. Definitely would stay here again .

Our host Susan was incredibly attentive to our needs and quick to respond to our questions. Lovely wooded areas are adjacent and I was surprised to see deer in the front yard one evening! Overall, a wonderful stay.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The house was very close to shopping and walking trails. We enjoyed the botanical gardens nearby. The house had everything we needed. We even caught several small fish in the pond.

The property is in a great location. Very clean and well kept. I would definitely stay there again.

This home was in a great area, close to many amenities. Home was on a beautiful property and the beds were perfect for our family. Very inviting and hosts were responsive to our outreaches. Will stay there again if in the area.

It was a fun few days with loved ones

Country outdoor feel in a convenient location. Beautiful property with a pond and nice fire pit area and a large deck. Were able to do good meal prep in the kitchen with a large refrigerator. Lots of games and puzzles, plenty of warm throws around during the winter season. The Children's Museum of Raleigh was great for the 18 month old. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Felt good and were able to make ourselves at home.

Everything was perfect. Recommend 100% . Absolutely beautiful home and setting with everything you need!

We absolutely loved staying in this house for an early Thanksgiving. As a party of 9 people staying for an entire week, I didn't expect to have enough paper products, toiletries, towels, etc to last the week but this house was fully stocked with every essential and more that a big family would need! Sue even provided coffee and snacks! The house is spotlessly clean. Not a speck of dust or a crumb anywhere. The grounds are gorgeous beyond belief with a tranquil pond, geese, ducks, deer, birds, and squirrels playing everywhere. This house has tons of puzzles, indoor and outdoor games and activities, fire pit, grill, game room, and more. The TV has all the best streaming and music channels! Comfy, cozy, functional, beautiful... we will treasure our memories here and can't wait to come back soon! Thank you for everything!!

We had an excellent stay at the house. The hosts provided us with everything we needed including coffee, snacks, games and toys for the kids. The kids loved the foosball table and would play for hours. The excellent location allowed us to access everywhere in the Raleigh area we needed to go in about 20 minutes. The washer and dryer were handy as we were there for a long duration. Food Lion about 10 minutes down the road. We appreciate the stay and will keep it marked for a return trip!

I have had the best family vacation I have ever asked for. The house was undoubtedly one of the best things, the comfort and how cozy my stay in the house was. I really recommend her in all aspects, the owner is very friendly. so do not think about it and enjoy this fantastic house. 🤗😊

This wonderful home was clean and comfortable, and we're so happy we found it! The check-in and check-out procedures were smooth and simple. We especially loved the children's room! It was perfect for our family get-together! Given the proximity to our daughter who lives in Durham, we'll probably be staying again in the future! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The house was very comfortable and homey. There was more than enough room for our track members. The beds were very comfortable and so was the linen. It felt like a summer visit at your grand parents. The laundry machine made the end of our stay very convenient. They had all of the kitchen supplies necessary for a long stay. It was in a very peaceful surrounding. The location was very convenient to eatery’s and the highway. Everything they provided was over and beyond the expectations of a rental. We wish we would have utilized more of the outdoor amenities. The owner left a very good expectation guide. We would stay there again if we are in the area.
