Absolutely beautiful home. Interior design was amazing and we could not have enjoyed our stay more. Every last detail was thought out and there was nothing we did not have or need while there. Property Manager was excellent to deal with and made the entire process simple. Would absolutely rent this property again the next time we are visiting my daughter at HPU. Absolutely one of the best properties we have stayed at. We have experienced multiple homes/locations over the years in different size homes. This has to be one of the most perfect homes we have stayed in. Not one complaint, issue or suggestion needed…it was a true gem. It did not feel like we were in a VRBO- but felt like we were at home due to the home feeling as soon as we arrived. Design, layout and overall decor was perfection. You hit the mark- Great place. We will be utilizing again if we are ever back in the area (too bad we can’t have this exact home at every location we go to). So thankful we found this gem and got to experience it. Excellent new home. Smart TVs in all the main rooms. Close to dining & shopping of High Point. We enjoyed our stay during a family event.

Our family (adults) stayed at this property and we all thought it was absolutely perfect! One of the top stays we have ever had! We travel to Winston Salem frequently and will return for sure. The list of wonderful perfect things is so long I’m sure I’ll forget some but….beds so comfortable and inviting, super clean, lovely outdoor area to enjoy, private, perfect layout inside for visiting then having private sleeping areas, kitchen equipped with more than we needed including the and pans in great shape, staples, extras, very useful island with chairs, very nice tvs in all rooms, heating system responsive (it was very cold those days), decor very cool, sweet little coffee bar, working gas fireplace, lots of beautiful windows to look out on the gorgeous property. I’m sure I’ve forgotten something - oh yes amazingly prompt and responsive hosts! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

What an amazing stay! We couldn’t have been happier with the property. It was impeccable, open and sunny, and very clean. The yard was nice, private, and had a great fire pit. There was plenty of space to stretch and relax in peace and quiet, and also perfect for coming together to cook a family. This will be our first choice when we return to the area. Our stay was amazing!! We were in town for a week long soccer tournament. This property was a great alternative to a week long stay a hotel for my wife and I plus our 3 kids. It’s literally a new house as mentioned in a previous review. We like the fact that it’s located just minutes from anywhere in Highpoint. I will definitely recommend this listing to anyone who’s visiting the Greensboro-Highpoint area.

Perfect spot for Wake graduation weekend. Clean, quiet, and well stocked for comfort. We grilled and made dinner ....had pots, pans, utensils, etc that we needed to feel at home. 20 min drive to campus, but well worth it have such a nice place to come back to.

Listen, this spot was so quaint… it sets off the street on a quiet road; has its own parking lot, if you will. It was very tranquil. If you are looking for privacy and comfort, come here! We hope to return in the summer. Would do again and again!!!! Well done!!!

I’m hesitant to write this because I am worried this hidden gem will be booked the next time I look to come to High Point. In a nutshell, the photos are spot on. It is a brand new home that was well designed and decorated. It was expertly cleaned and had all the thoughtful touches one would hope for: soaps (laundry, dishwasher, shower), fully equipped kitchen with plenty of paper towels, sponges and trash bags, some of the year’s best books, and smart TVs in every room. Also, the communication and response time from the owners was extremely quick. I have stayed in many rental homes throughout the country and this was by far the best one. I look forward to coming back for next year’s HPU lacrosse season, that is unless another parent snags it before we do. Basically don’t think twice and just book it - you won’t regret it.

We very much appreciated the quality and cleanliness of this home for our family over the holidays. Everything was extremely clean and brand new. Comfy, high quality bedding. The right amount of communication from the owners and they accommodated our needs.

One of the best houses I have stayed at so far. Very clean, nicely decorated, huge backyard with a fire pit. The master bedroom was very comfortable with an amazing shower. I loved the area because it was close enough to everything but still far away enough from the city center. Would highly recommend this home.

This property is AMAZING! Brand new home… beautifully decorated, including patio and fire pit outside. We spent the weekend with friends attending the UNC vs. Wake Forest game. The location was less than 30 minutes from the stadium and there were many shops and restaurants close by. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property!

This property is beautiful! It's a new home, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The bathrooms upstairs are jack and jill. The bedrooms are a great size. Plenty of room in the closets. The master downstairs is huge and has a massive walk in shower! Tons of storage in this house. The kitchen and main living area could not be more convenient. Everything was new and clean! The lot itself is amazing! We didn't use the outside because of the hurricane, but if it had been better weather our kids would have played outside while we stayed. We had an excellent stay and would absolutely stay again. We had our 4 kids with us: 12, 10, 5 and 2. Thank you for the great stay!

The house is BEAUTIFUL 😍 The living area with vaulted ceiling and open floor plan is modern and cozy. The beautiful master suite and with walk in shower is designed for the best self care and pampering. Our stay was seemless, the host is very responsive and the home is CLEAN. I would recommend storing dry firewood for the AWESOME fire pit. I'm sure we will stay again when in the area. Thank You! 😊

The home is beautiful! It was very comfortable, great surroundings. It's close to places in High Point and was great getaway from Greensboro after working our event. We would highly recommend. We will definitely want to stay here next year for our event!!!
