Near the Chokling monastery. Nice terrace.
The bathroom door didn't have a lock from outside. The bathroom drainage was sink was clogged, so while taking shower it got flooded. Broken liquid soap dispenser.
We have booked a deluxe room. The mentioned items were not provided. The staff denied giving room heater and was trying to charge extra for it, but it was written that room heating is available on deluxe room while booking. After having some arguments he gave us one room heater, but it was a faulty one. I asked for a replacement heater, he gave us another heater, that too was faulty. So we had to sleep with cold temperature.
So it was very unpleasant experience for us.

Everything about this place is amazing, it's calm, serene, great location, comfortable place, clean rooms. There's a Cafe upstairs with a nice vibe too. Everything you need for a good, peaceful stay. Room looks just like in the photos too 😊
Special mention to the staff, Mitanshu. He was so caring and made me feel comfortable even before I arrived, when I spoke on the phone. He was able to give pointers on where to go and what to do, and answer any other questions. Lovely manner and great host.

Good location. Away from the busy street yet walking distance. Overlooking the chokling monastery. Decent rooms.
Can’t get breakfast or even somebody at front desk before 9:30-10 am.
Info on cabs, distances to local attractions etc should be available ready to hand, which wasn’t the case.
The management wanted to do some electrical work in the room and do a fan installation while we were checked in. Called me twice for it. Just totally unnecessary and inappropriate!

Location and view was great. Rooms and washroom was clean.
There was some kind of issue with ventilation of the room. Even with a big window the room felt suffocating, the fan working properl but still somehow the air did not reach us. We asked for stand fan or any other temporary arrangement which was not available (even at additional cost).
Had booking for 3 nights, but couldn't bear and left on second day.

Location can be a bit confusing while following Google map. It's better to call ahead and understand the way. Not something which will stop me from staying here again though

Wonderful location. Amazing view and near to the market. The food at the rooftop restaurant was also very homely. Loved it. Parking and extra bed was provided which made the trip more comfortable

1. The location is perfect. There is a little walk from the main road where all the restaurants reside but the location gives a beautiful view with monastery on one side and mountains on the other.
2. Rooms and washrooms are spacious and clean.
3. They have a cafe/ common area on the roof where you can spend a few hours in case you reach in earlier than your check in time.
4. The staff is easily available and helps with the bookings for paragliding.
we struggled a little with water in the washrooms for about half an hour but it seemed like a one time issue.

The host was very welcoming. He took extra steps to make my trip a pleasant experience. This is a one-stop for all your needs in Bir, Himachal Pradesh. He can help you rental bikes, paragliding and Taxis. The Café here is also very good. Definitely recommended.
