Location, prayer space inside building, price, clean towels, bathtub, dry and clean/hygienic bathroom floors.

Staff didn't give upper floor. Rooms in need of renovation, carpets, windows, bathroom, AC systems in need of renovation. Flies and bugs in room.

The location is the only thing that I liked.

They don't fix anything. if there is something broken it will stay broken and they will move you to the next room. And that room will have something else broken. Yemenis take care of that hotel, and they do be taking care of it like they take care of 🇾🇪. I went there and asked for a room, and the guy at reception said NO! we don't have any rooms. I said there are rooms available on booking.com, and he said go ahead and book it. That's what I did and then paid for it, and he handed me the key card. The hotel is designed and built well but poorly maintained. They reception guy stay on their phone and do absolute nothing about fixing anything. My washroom had no shower head for the muslim shower, I asked the reception many times, but no one fixed it. My washroom roof leaked, and the AC thermostat was stuck on something like below freezing. I had to get up and turn the AC off to let the temperature be bearable. If you come to the hotel, make sure your room has the thing in working condition, especially the AC.

Clean and comfortable beds, nice location, very near to masjid Al Haram and restaurants. They have frequently bus service to Haram. All though it's walking distance to masjid Al Haram less then a kilometre I think 🤔. Way better then the hotel on Ibrahim Khalil road. Definitely will book again when ever in Makkah.

Everything was good 👍.

Had to wait for more than 1 hour for checkin even though we had made the payment before hand. Staff had no idea about the payment made by us and made us wait for more than an hour at the reception.

The staff is helpful, the hotel is close to the Great Mosque of Mecca (approximately 8 minutes walk), buses that take us from the hotel to the Grand Mosque and vice versa are available periodically and at all times 24 hours for free

You have to ask for soap and shampoo yourself, as they do not check the rooms regularly and do not provide you with cleaning services unless you request it yourself (my experience with them was only 48 hours)
