Perfect alles ging goed en schoon

Hotel was top, personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk! Ik wil graag Veysel, Kemalcan, Emre en Esine Gulcan Onal in het zonnetje zetten! Gulcan voor de verzorging van onze kamer/appartement en de heren voor alle vragen en duidelijke antwoorden! Ik kom hier zeker terug. Als je een langere periode in Istanbul verblijft en toch thuis gevoel wilt ervaren dan is dit het hotel waar je moet zijn!

Their warm demeanor and personalized service made us feel right at home. Impeccable Housekeeping Our room was a cozy haven, thanks to the diligent efforts of Gulcan Onal, the housekeeping lady. She ensured that our room was spotless, fresh, and inviting. It’s the little details that matter, and Gulcan’s attention to cleanliness made a world of difference. Cheflebanon restaurant & cafe The team there knows how to tantalize taste buds! and our delightful peppermint tea on request, Thanks to the talented chefs and the friendly waitstaff. The Superior Living Batışehir is more than just a hotel; it’s a haven of comfort, warmth, and impeccable service. Inte mycket faktiskt

Rummet var inte städade fanns fläckar överallt.kyl och frysen funkade inte bra.personalen var inte responsiva och struntade de mesta man sa till de och språket är en barriär.

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en de kamers zijn heel schoon! Ik kom hier zeker nogmaals verblijven.

شقة واسعة جدا ونظيفة واثاثها راقي تستاهل 5 نجوم واطلالتها جميلة ومريحة لا يوجد ازعاج

الموظفون لم يكونو متعاونين في تلبية الطلبات لما نتصل ف الاستقبال نطلب حاجه يردو بالموافقه وما توصلنا اي شي ايضا لم يتم تنظيف الغرفة خلال الفترة كاملة

موقعه والوصول إليه من الطرق الرئيسية

مكان هادي ومرتب ويوجد مطاعم وكفيهات وسوبر ماركت قريب من الفندق ويوجد داخل الفندق مطعم لبناني وخلفية الفندق يوجد العاب للاطفال

وسادة النوم غير مريحه

الغرف ممتازه و الحمامات ممتازه التدفئه ممتازه المساحه ممتازه الهدوء و الطبيعه جميله يوجد بعض المطاعم و الكافيهات بالجوار.

بعيد جدا عن الأماكن الحيويه في اسطنبول الموقع على الطريق السريع مكلف جدا بالتاكسي و لكن لو معاك سياره يكون التنقل افضل. التنظيف كل ثلاثة ايام قليل جدا خصوصا لعائله يكون افضل لو التنظيف يوم بعد يوم.

الموقع ممتاز والخدمه ممتازة سرعة في تسليم الغرفه قربه من مجموعه من المطاعم والكوفيات و قريب منه المترو ونقل له مجانا و ايضا مني ماركت و سوبرماركت بالقرب منه 5 دقائق مشي

لا شي

السكن نظيف، طاقم العمل ودود، الاطلالة رائعة في الادوار العليا، يوجو سوبرماركت قريب يمكن الوصول اليه مشي، قريب جدا من مول اوف اسطنبول.

بعده عن الاماكن السياحية، لا يعتبر عيب للذي لا يريد الاماكن السياحية، باب الشقة لا يغلق الا بصعوبة.

موقع الفندق و توفر مواقف السيارة و المحلات المحيطه بالفندق سهولة الدخول و تعاون الموظفين .

بعض الشقق تحتاج لصيانة

The Apartment spacious and Well furnished. The balcony very spacious With a stunning view over the guarding and Istanbul Horizon. There’s a variety of car parkings in-front of the hotel as well as down into the garage. The receptions lady was very kind calling every night to insure our satisfaction over the stay. As well as the cleaner stuff Ms. Gunes & Nurcan zent were too kind and supportive .

Location is very excellent and middle of all places. Also, supermarket and some restaurants available...

All staff were helpful and supportive especially Yusuf, burcu, yaren, and furkan... And not forget the managers Also...😃
