. On Sunday, 3/5/2023, between 10:30-11:00AM, someone opened my hotel door. Swiftly closed the door when they saw my husband. My husband immediately went to the door, and the person was not there. When my husband stepped into the hallway, he saw a gentlemen a few doors down, and he apologized profusely for opening our door. The gentleman had on a blue Marriott shirt, we are assuming he worked in maintenance. My question to the Marriott is can your employees enter rooms that are occupied, unannounced? We did not have a maintenance work order, nor did we have cleaning services requested, so what reason would this gentleman have to enter our room unannounced? I reached out to the property to air my grievances, but to no avail. I was in the process of getting dressed when this occurred. I shutter to think what may have happened had my husband not been present. I am not okay with this. Hopefully someone from this location will contact me so we can discuss this, and find out if this protocol for your company
