Welcoming staff at the reception was very friendly. Location is very good, easy reach for a modern shopping mall next door and also to a traditional local fresh market within walking distance.
Room size was disappointing for the room rate paid, as compared nearby hotels and hotel in Jakarta in general. Facility at the bathroom seem dated and would benefit from an upgrade.

breakfast spread was good, location is good. Staff is very pleasant.
hotel has aged alot and wasn't well upkept. Bathroom was very moldly. Cups has stains on them. Room service does not bother to refill water. The route to gym and gym itself is very smoky. Tried to exercise but breathed in all the carcinogens from smoke instead.

First and foremost, the location. It's so close to living world, flavor bliss, hospital, etc. Also, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. My niece accidentaly left her wallet during this visit and it came back to her perfectly. I and my family have been staying at Mercure Alam Sutera if we have any activities around the area.

the location is great, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, common areas are clean and smell good.
shower is kinda broken, we had to hold on to it while showering. the access card didn’t work twice on our 3-night stay. we can hear the neighbors talking and the TV they watch 😅

The breakfast was very good every day. Regina went out of her way to make sure we got our hot chocolate every morning. She is a hard worker, very friendly, and a great asset to your hotel.
Apparently the thermostat was either not wired correctly, or was not working. The air conditioning was either all on, or turned off. There was no ability to set a temperature. It was either very cold, or got hot in the room.

The breakfast is quite good. I think that there are lack amount of hotel staff for service the guest in maximum capacity.

The location is very strategically located, next to Living World mall.
The building interior feels old and lacks upkeep. The cleanliness is okay but could be better, everything feels a tad sticky. We checked in very late around midnight and asked for late checkout at 1pm, which was granted by the front desk staff. But the following morning we were called by the reception and told that we should check out at 12.30pm. That was not professional at all. The coffee machine needs to be replaced (at the Buffet), the food placed outside (soto etc) needs attention, it didn’t feel fresh and there were fruitflies on the tomatoes.

The bathroom was not clean when we checked in. We checked in early and paid extra. Housekeeping did not provide us any body wash despite requesting multiple times

Location is near with Living World Mall, many choices for shopping/dine. Very fast check in and check out. All staff are super friendly and helpful.
