Location

Gave away my rooms to others to get more money despite the fact that I had booked them a month in advance. And gave me one room for Rs. 5800 instead of booked two rooms for Rs 2200 per room for me and my family. They didn't gave any breakfast as charged and agreed to any of the occupants as they had booked for one party. Very greedy people. A total disaster if you go to there hotel.

River view

Very filthy hotel and hygiene not maintained. Though the view is good, however, the charm is lost due to poor maintenance of hotel. One of Electrical board in the room was hanging with major electrical hazard. As the breakfast was included in the package, hotel was serving food bringing from street hawker. Restaurant had nice view of river Ganges. Absolutely no to future stay in this hotel.

Dolphin resturant serves the best meals and has awesome views. The staff are extremely friendly as well.

Excellent location

Staff made me feel uneasy like we did something wrong when they realised we had a tour booked with someone else. Also tried offering an ‘upgrade’ which cost more than the hotels of our whole trip to India. Also claimed visa machine wasn’t working, very convenient, first refused to provide receipt for cash payment and then wrote one with wrong name. Organised taxi to the airport then tried to put us in man powered rickshaw. I’m just not sure if this was all me or just a sequence of crazy events.
