This property was very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the multiple porches for deer watching and listing to the rain. The bedrooms are well spaced out so everyone had privacy. I look forward to staying here on my next trip to Helen.

We rented a cabin however upon arriving, on a motorcycle, found out the cabin is not easily accessed. I called to the hosts and they quickly worked with us to get another house, which was also on a road not good for a MC. We were in the middle of trying to find a hotel when Nita called back with a duplex (this house) and we were not homeless anymore! :) They worked so hard to help us out and I cannot say enough good about them. Check in was easy, access was easy (oh don't shut the front door without knowing the code to get in...they automatically lock and we found this out the hard way - LOL) and the location was very quiet and peaceful! The house was very clean and beautiful (especially the jetted garden tub for after our long rides). We were not at the house much, mostly to just sleep and shower/tub. Everything was great, It was comfortable and cozy! I think the hosts helpfulness were the best part of our stay and how amazingly accommodating and helpful they were to our situation. Couple of suggestions:Master pillows were a bit on the thin side. We took two from the upstairs bed. Knives in the kitchen hardly cut bread...they kind of need a good sharpening. :)Other than that...we loved staying with Georgia Mtn Rentals (and Nita was absolutely wonderful) and will definitely use them if/when we come back.

The property checked all the boxes for us. We were there with our son and daughter in-law to visit Helen. The home was clean, comfortable and cool on a couple of very hot days. The folks at Georgia Mountain Rentals checked on us to be certain that we were happy with the home and that there were no problems.

Great unit for 3 adult couples. We each had our own en-suite bathroom :) would recommend a bigger bed upstairs but it was still comfortable-Just cozier than we are used to. Thanks for well stocked kitchen and the start of paper goods. Highly recommend!

Mountain Crossing was perfect for a quick family getaway. Good proximity to downtown Helen, great floorplan with luxury accommodations, very clean and inviting. Great privacy within Inverness. Makes me want to come back and stay there again.

This unit was close to everything yet secluded and peaceful. Very spacious and well stocked throughout. It was clean and comfortable. We had no problems at all and the host was extremely attentive and called to check on us during the stay which was very nice. We were a little disappointed that the pool was under construction but it was a bit chilly so we wouldn’t have been able to swim. The location was great for traffic because it’s located on the back road behind the shops. This made things much easier coming and going. The Roku in main bedroom worked nice but the living room didn’t, it only had YouTube which we never could figure out. This wasn’t a big deal since we were out almost all day. Overall, was a great stay and a great price. Very pleased and would recommend.

In a gated community about a mile away from downtown Helen. Very quiet and decently secluded. It is a townhome so it's technically connected to the neighbor's house, but you would never even know it. The house itself is pretty nice and not outdated. I love that every bedroom has its own bathroom and patio. The only thing is that the living room is pretty small and only has two chairs and a very small love seat. We had 6 people, so if everyone wanted to hang out in the living room, two people had to sit at barstools, but that wasn't a huge deal to us. Overall, we very much enjoyed our 2 night stay at King's Court!

We’ve been visiting Helen for at least a week long visit once a year for the past 10yrs. We really enjoyed this location with our friends. It’s very close to the area pool and tennis courts. It’s not secluded and the neighbors are permanent residents if that matters. The listing shows the rental having a jacuzzi. It should be noted that it is a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, not a jacuzzi/hot tub outdoors. The rental doesn’t have cable so the tvs rely on the WiFi for Netflix, Amazon and so on. The WiFi rarely worked for us even after following the instructions in the owners guest manual. Side note, the internet and cell service in Helen has never really been that great. Everyone enjoyed their private suite. Having your own bathroom was very nice. We’d definitely stay at this rental again. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful.

I wanted a hot tub,that was in my search parameters. There was none, no fire pit, and some of the doors did not lock. It was a lovely home but the description was off.

We had a wonderful stay here. There was plenty of beds, bathrooms, and hanging out space. This was perfect for our girls gathering. The location was soooooo close to everything we wanted to do in downtown Helen. Ingles was only 15 minutes away and there was a Dollar General 5 minutes away. Only issue was that there were no oven mitts or aluminum foil or spray oil for cooking.

Located near the heart of Downton Helen, this was a perfect place for us to stay. Perfectly equipped, comfortable beds, and great location! With three bedrooms bathrooms and separate decks this would be a great choice for couples too! The property manager checked in on us to let us know she was available but we didn't have any issues at all! Would definitely visit again!!

The house is nice but had some dirty areas. There was hair in the tub and mildew in shower. Ants in the kitchen. Dirty comforter on the bed in the downstairs bedroom. Looked like dried blood. Several light bulbs out on the decks. The listing states that you have access to the tennis court and pool. This is not correct. There were lock boxes on the pool and tennis court that had the keys to the gate. I called the property manager twice and left a voicemail requesting the code to the lockbox. Never received a call back. Since we didn’t have access to the pool gate, we did not have access to the walking path to town. I called the guard at the gate and he rudely told me that the tennis court and pool are for owners only. While we were there, they installed electronic locks on the pool and tennis court gates. We still did not have access. On our last night, my son found the gate open and went swimming. He was met my a neighbor that told him that he was not welcome at the pool. No cable TV. They have a streaming Roku box that was hit and miss with it working. I think the owner, Mr. Ricki Shoraka would not be happy about the situation of his house.
