Everything. Very nice and safe pool. Wonderful and enormous apartment which was also very clean. I really like the layout of the windows in the bedroom which gave almost 180 degrees views of the beach/waterfront. All the staff were really helpful (especially on check in when I left a bag for the day) and friendly. I really liked that you can walk from the hotel straight onto the walking track (it's literally right on the doorstep) that runs for several km North and South from the property. It should be noted that during Ramadan the parking area at the front (beach side) of the property is used as a sort of meeting and 'flexing' area for large numbers of locals and their powerful vehicles. I found it nice to sit and watch this at night time but some travellers (e.g. those with kids) may not like this and the associated noise. This is outside the property's control of course.

The place is in a perfect location, no doubt about it, the room is spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony on the beach. The pool area and gym are really nice to relax and spend some deserved relaxing hours. Direct access to the beach from the pool is a great addiction to a nice and simple outdoor space. It's in front of the night beach where you can swim until late at night, very relaxing.

The breakfast is not up to standard. The fit-out should align with today's taste since is really outdated.

Cleaning services were when convenient for them. usually when we had a rest in the afternoon. but it was depend on person, one guy was very polite and made his job when it was comfortable for us.

The guest experience was the best. All the staff greets you when they see you from day till night. They value guest feedback and try to address them to the fullest of their ability. When I checked out, they asked me about my feedback on the noise level in my room. apparently there has been complaints that it’s noisy as guests can hear outside noise (from the beach and parking beside the property) and that they had recently soundproofed certain rooms. For me it shows jow dedicated they are to make guest’s stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

This was our second time staying here. We love the location, right on the public beach in Jumeirah with the beach track just outside. We love that the rooms have kitchenettes, which makes our stay a little more comfortable. This time we had breakfast included - breakfast is a small selection but perfectly adequate, the chef made omelettes were particularly tasty. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We also used the pool this time, which was lovely. We enjoyed the warm small pool with our 4 month old, even though it wasn’t that hot (low 20s). Overall, this hotel isn’t as glamorous as most by the beach, and it’s a little dated, but it has charm, good service, is very clean and comfortable and the location is great.

Not the hotel’s fault, but the nightly gathering in the public car park next to the hotel is a little grating. Our previous stay we were in a city facing room and it don’t bother us at all. This time we opted for a beach facing room so we heard all of it. Thankfully our baby slept through the noise, but if he hadn’t, we would have needed to move rooms.
