La ubicación a 5 min de la royal mille. Tiene un texco muy cerca.
Tiene smart TV. Dos baños. Una terraza bonita aunque casi no la usamos.
La reserva era para 4. Hay dos camas dobles. Una de 150 y otra de 137. Cómo íbamos dos adolescentes pedí un juego de sábanas para el sofá. Primero me dijo que tenía un coste extra que nunca me dijo cuanto. Más tarde y tras mi insistencia me dijo que no tenían opción de sofá cama. El sofá que tiene sí se hace cama.
Respecto de los utensilios de limpieza había como 8 estropajos y ni una sola bayeta...

Clean and comfortable, light and airy. Two bathrooms - perfect for the morning rush !!! Well equipped. (Two hairdryers very useful!) Very good location- quiet yet within easy access of Royal Mile. Balcony great to sit out on for breakfast on a sunny morning. Easy access - lift or stairs.
Shampoos and soap supplied but not enough for whole stay which one of our party grumbled about.
Towels were a little thin.

The apartment was lovely, good location but please be aware, there are 2 double rooms only...not much use when you are told by booking.com that it sleeps 6.
I paid for an apartment that slept 6, there was a sofa bed and spare duvets and pillows plus 2 double rooms. Perfect so far. But when I asked where the duvet cover and pillow cases were, I was told I couldn't have them, something to do with planning permission applied for...I'd paid for an apartment that slept 6, booked it for 3 but wanted 6 in case my daughter and her partner could come. Due to work commitments, my daughter could come but didn't know until 3 days before. I contacted the owner and was told this was ok. For some reason, they thought it was ok to not stick to my booking for 6. Even though there was a sofa bed and duvets and pillows. My son and daughter (16 and 22) obviously wouldn't sleep together, so this was a disappointing start to our holiday. If you're going to offer an apartment that sleeps 6, you need to provide bedding for 6.

Location excellent - walking distance to all sights We we’re attending daughters graduation and walked everywhere. Very central but quiet which was super!

Car parking space a real bonus in Edinburgh. We have an Audi A5 which just fitted width wise it was slightly too long but we just left garage door up and space leading to park of which u can avail as off the dreaded double yellow lines

Veranda overlooking Arthurs Seat was so lovely having coffee in the morning and wine in the evening
Smart TV which daughters appreciated
Not a huge issue but black out blinds or heavier curtains needed in bedrooms

Convenient and affordable apartment. Landlord was incredibly accommodating.
Some of the tiles in the bathroom were cracked, and a few window handles were broken. Nothing bad, just could use a little TLC. There was not enough bedding supplied for the sleeper couch.

Location, facilities, arrangement/layout.
H&S issues. Under light above sink hanging down with exposed wires. En-suite extractor fan not operating when lights switched on. To operate I had to climb on a chair to switch the isolating switch on and repeat to turn fan off. Climbing up onto a chair is a hazard.
Lights above cooker unit not working. Ceiling lights above work surface not working.

clean, comfortable beds and couch. Nice little covered balcony with chairs and table. Wonderful location at one end of the royal mile but quiet with no traffic noise.
Could only stay 2 nights. Should have planned 4.

everything was perfect except the tv didn’t work and the dining table had grooves which made it hard to clean

spacious the view on the balcony, had a lot of facilities. The bed were really comfortable and shops and pubs close but.
parking if you have a bigger car, as you can not fit in garage provided and have to pay for parking.

The beds, pillows and duvets are very comfortable. The sofa bed mattress needs up dating however. Garage fitted my mitsubishi outlander in.
Location was amazing.
Cracked tiles on the bathroom floor.
Door treds that hold carpet down within the floor of the door frames are cracked and broken which slide off and become a trip hazard.
Doors slam and are extremely noisy so have to constantly hold the doors till they close to prevent slamming and banging.
Not allowed to smoke on the large outdoor balcony. A none smoking property is interpreted as no smoking indoors and seems extreme for outdoors.
Says in the welcome back we get bread, milk and jam. This wasnt the case.
Curtains let light through in all rooms so was awake early.

It clearly says on the booklet left by the houst that milk , bread, biscuit & etc left there by him was not true he simply made a excuse of COVID-19 that's was this excuse wich I thought was a bit silly for sake of saving £5.00 or so.

How big the place was, how close to the royal mile it was, and how comfortable it was

Flat was very spacious ,cooking equipment was good but remember to take cooking oil , milk ,butter etc no welcme pack provided nice to have a balcony with veiws of Arthur's Seat.
Other apartments I've stayed in Usually provide a small welcome pack which is very useful.

Good location, Quiet, Clean, Private Parking, nice view from balcony
The apartment is a little tired in areas- flooring, main bathroom. Curtains thin and no blackout blinds so very light in the morning. Some of the little touches that make an impact could be upgraded- welcome pack very basic. No bread or milk on arrival as promised.

the property itself was so lovely, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. it was close to the Royal Mile and just overall a great place for us. We would love to stay here again!
The only thing we weren’t too keen on is that the property could have been cleaner. it wasn’t a deal breaker but there were crumbs on the floor, long blonde hairs on one of the beds (I’m brunette), behind and under the bed is really bad (I dropped something that went underneath that’s the only reason I saw it so there’s no problem really it’s just another contributing factor to it maybe needing a better clean) which is no fault of the property, I just think they need to have a word with their cleaners because they aren’t receiving the service they pay for. but like I say, it’s not a deal breaker at all!
And I do also think a lot of the reviews mention having a key box would be better, which I think would be helpful but again not a problem

This flat was such great value for money. Wonderful rooms and balcony, very clean, great location (with parking space too!). The hosts were lovely and helpful.
Amazing that there was free parking, but it is very small (as shown on the hosts picture). We did manage to fit our small SUV in but my husband had to almost crawl out, so take a small car if you have the choice!

Host met us at the property and explained everything we needed to know. Apartment was lovely, contained everything we needed with modern fixtures and fittings. The shower was great and bed was comfortable. It was handy to have use of a private garage and nice to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view. The location was excellent, 2 minute walk to Royal Mile. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
