There were entirely too many cockroaches. It was supposed to be a non-smoking area. Cigarette smoke in the hallway was so strong and could be smelled in the condo as well. Majority of the people living in those condos appear to be extremely rude.

We thought that the place was neat not until the cockroaches comes out. We ask for extra spray and the care taker says she will bring some but never come until we leave. It so nasty! The door doesn’t close there’s cockroaches crawling in bed, couch, table and plates and other thing

The property was sucks guards aren’t helpful even the receptionist or people im the front they’re demanding and they will make violations for over nothing and it will charge you for 1000 pesos

The view from balcony, the amenities inside the Condo and fully equipped to cook simple meals. The security is really good and the building is new. The Condo is very small, but its efficient use of space. If you need help you can text or call the owner/manager. They respond fast. Its a lot like an Airbnb setup, we cool with that, but if your looking for more traditional front desk reception type service, more face to face contact and daily cleaning, etc, then they are not really able to facilitate. You need to be used to Airbnb style to stay here, which is why this was great for our needs. There is alfamart, bdo, some eateries, dry cleaners, etc, all downstairs in same building. Airport and DFA ASEANA is within 15 to 30mins drive depending on traffic.

The Condo is next door to garbage disposal room, so there are a lot of cockaroaches that will immediately come if you leave food out in the open.
