This hotel and staff are phenomenal! Exceptionally clean and comfortable,.spacious rooms!

Hotel was very dirty overall, including the room. Staff not friendly at all.

It was a nice stay besides kids running down the hall till 1030pm

It was very enjoyable. The hotel was exactly what I was looking for.

Rooms were Clean and comfortable. Friwndl t staff Close to downtown Erie and Shopping facilities.

Overall, pretty nice hotel. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. My complaints would be that the bathroom/shower was very small. Also, if you want quiet, request a room not connected to the pool area. That got a little noisy earlier than I thought it would.

We didnt like that the bathroom only had a stand up shower and the sink was in a separate area

Decent hotel, beds were awfully uncomfortable though.

They over charged me for a huge amount of extra money and they said they will refund me the money and they never said any thing during check in, they don’t have authorization to do changes for the guest and one person do so many jobs it is really confusing, for $179 a night Is not a good place and they don’t have SAFE DEPOSIT BOX in the room.

Nice rooms, nice pool and whirlpool, breakfast was good. I did not like that parents couldn't keep their kids under control in the pool. Letting them jump and do flips off the side of the 4.6 ft pool when it was not permitted.

Staff were friendly. Facility was clean, breakfast and pool were very nice. Property is a bit dated with some obvious wear and tear. Lots of kids running around due to proximity to Splash Lagoon, alot I mean alot of signage re be quiet after 10 wich most kids and adults ignored. Annoying but would stay again

We arrived in the evening after a long day at the park. Our room was on the third floor, close to the elevators AND overlooked the indoor pool. It was so noisy! Went to give my 4 year-old a bath and the drain was not working properly and the tub was super slippery, One pillow was filthy and the carpet was old and dirty…. Long hair stuck to the bathroom walls… We will not stay there again.

The stay wasn’t good. The girl who checked us in had no idea what she was saying. The morning we were leaving we found mouse poop on the floor. The hotel wasn’t very clean. We stayed there last year and was way better. When we were checking out told the manager about the mouse droppings and she said she couldn’t discount anything because I booked it through Hotels.com. Will never stay there again.

The property was packed full of people who did not pay with their own money. I smelled marijuana in the hallway. The room above us had bouncing and banging from 5:30am to 7:00am. The city we stayed in was part of the problem, not just the hotel. It was hard to navigate to the hotel parking lot via GPS and groups of people walking around this and 5 other hotel facilities.

Older couple. Long weekend for reunion. Very Quiet in spite of lots of kids around. Roomy. Good shower and very good tv. Close to several restaurants, some walking distance. Breakfast crowded but well serviced.

This was by far the best hotel experience I think I have ever had. The cleaniness of the rooms were spot on, the breakfast was amazing and the pool area was clean and fun. Highly recommend anyone looking for a hotel in Erie to stay here. We will be back!

Room was small. There was no description in ad stating sink was outside the washroom. Small room should just been a king bed.

2nd floor noises were loud.

I booked this property to explore Cleveland. It was a little more remote than I expected. About a 20 min ride to Cleveland, which isn't too bad?

Property was run down alittle bit, walls were paper thin, just needed some cleaning. The beds were hard as a rock, some sketchy looking stuff was going on at the back of the Property by swimming pool. Pool was nice and hot but again needed some updates to it. Would probably not be returning.

Booked a room with handicap bars in bathroom. The put us in a small room with none. They said thats what i booked thru hotel .com . I showed here the details in my app and they moved us to a handicap room.

Location of the property is excellent. Very close to shopping areas, restaurants, and entertainment. Area is safe. Hotel swimming pool area is unique in its size (huge) and design. Breakfast had good variety and was very reasonable. Staff are friendly. I liked the 12 noon checkout.

Room is too small and cramped. King mattress was uncomfortable and old. Too loud as it’s right across the road from a water park so many large families were booked there too.

The room had an overwhelming mildew smell when we came in. Thought it could be the air conditioner and when we turned that off we discovered the room reeked or urine. There was definitely pee in the carpet on the side of the bed. The toilet roll holder was barely hanging on the wall. Garbage was overflowing in trash cans outside the facility and reeked. We got up at 5am just to get out of there. Gross.

Unfortunately we were not able to check in until after 4pm. I originally called at 9am to ask when would be a good time to check in and the lady at the front desk said she wasn’t sure just yet but to try back around noon. However, we came around 1pm and were told no rooms yet. This was fine as our check in was not until 3pm but we had been in the heat all day at soccer tournaments and were looking for a little comfort before our next game. We came back around 2:45 and they still were not able to check us in as rooms were not fully clean. We came back at 4pm and were finally able to check in. Once checked in the hotel room next to us was so loud we were up until 1am and I am currently pregnant so it was a rough trip. The staff working the front desk was friendly and nothing is intended towards them, it just seemed like a little bit of a mess. Also pool area is extremely slippery and very HOT.

The bed was very uncomfortable. I did not sleep well at all. It was like sleeping on a board. The first room that I was checked into smelled of dirty socks/musty odor. The water in the swimming pool was cloudy. Would not stay there again.

Rooms were as expected, but pool was much better than expected.

Staff at check in was terrible. Didn’t know how to set up my room. Sent us to a first floor room at the end of building and key didn’t work. Walked back to desk and they said I was in 2nd floor. Gave us a new key for a room at the end of 2nd floor. My spouse has trouble walking and this was an issue. Not acceptable. For someone 77 years old. No apologies.
