Spider webs needs to come down and tree area in back could use a cleaning. Tuesday and Wednesday staff needs to be better at their job. Our room was bot cleaned these two days and our toliet was loose the whole stay.

Convenient location, pools were great, staff was polite. Unfortunately one of our TVs did not work and was never replaced - didn't really mind, because we were out of the room most of the time. I would stay again!

Good price, carpet needs cleaned and air conditioner is noisy but good location for Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Would stay there again, staff very nice 🙂.

Good hotel. Been there a while. Could use updates. Only con is one elevator in middle of long bldg. Our room at the end. No lights around the outdoor pool at night. Breakfast was great.

Needs some upgrades bathroom very small ice machines were not working

The hotel is clean, outdated and in my opinion needs some repairs. The beds are horrible! Extremely hard mattress, very uncomfortable to try to get sleep. The hotel was at least quiet.

This property was wonderful my family and i have stayed at this location for several years now we enjoy our stay the pools are clean rooms are decent only complaints we have are the carpets leave your feet black and our room this time had a leak in the air conditioning so it was leaking water onto the floor and the room smelled like mildew.

Rooms were outdated had a musky smell, but the beds were comfortable. Needs new paint stain in the bathtub.

I had 2 problems with this hotel. 1. Nowhere does it say there will be a pet fee. I chose this hotel because there wasnt supposed to be a pet fee (and for the indoor and putdoor pools, which were great) 2. The guy when i checked in was extremely rude. I was understandably irritated (but still respectful and courteous) that I was charged an additional $200+ and he didnt care told me i could atay somewhere else and was just very rude and unprofessional. Other than that, I would stay there again. The breakfast was great, the atmosphere felt safe, and the ladies who worked the desk were very nice, professional, and actually had daily conversations with me when I went in the lobby. Don't get me wrong, I understand a pet fee. Most hotels had a partially refundable pet fee, or a cheaper one. Had I known about the pet fee I definitely would have chosen to stay somewhere closer to my destination and paid less!

Outside premises was clean and the breakfast was excellent. But the room was disgusting and the couch was stained and not able to be sat on.

The property was clean , coukd use a deep clean like baseboards and such. The pull out sofa was a little discombobulated it sat lower at the back than the front. But all in all it was a good inexpensive place to stay

Don’t waste your money, plenty of other places to stay!

My only suggestion is keeping the pools open later especially during peak season 11pm

The cleanliness of the room was excellent. The outside of the hotel does not look great, but honestly, i wasnt sleeping outside so i didn't care. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Our room and the room below us both had plumbing issues. Quality Inn refunded a night's cost.

The room was spacious but it was dirty. The floors turned our feet black and were sticking. The ac was super loud and left the room musty feeling. Customer service was good

The breakfast and rooms were better than pigon river inn and cheaper

The air unit had mold all inside of it and did not work. The room was HOT! The pull out bed had a ripped up plastic liner on it. The room floors turned out feet black they were so filthy.

The worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in my whole life, Socks were black, bathtub wouldn’t drain very well. Noisy sounded like a drilling noise all day and night. Rooms were smelly. Smelt like a skunk, our noses were snuffy every night until we left during day then was better. Had to do my inhaler everyday we were there.

Nice hotel though dated decor. Beds comfortable, AC worked fine. Breakfast about average.

It was a cheaper hotel so I knew I was taking a risk. Staff were very nice and it was a family oriented place. But, and this is a big but, it was so dirty!!! Little blood spatter on the walls by the table. Floor so dirty I cringed walking on it. We wore socks and they got nasty. It smelled bad. The curtains going to the deck were GROSSLY dirty. I wasn’t comfortable at all and felt it wasn’t cleaned properly in a long time. I went and got cleaning supplies and cleaned the Tolkien tub tables light switches door handles some of the walls….as much as I could so I could feel okay to be there with my family. It’s old I get it. But properly cleaning is a MUST people!

The rooms in the pictures online did not reflect the rooms we got. We booked a room with a hot tub and they don't even offer them at that hotel.

Room need to be updated and at least cleaned more. However room was good size with separate room with very stinky couch and table for two as a big plus. Breakfast was very good

Service was phenomenal. Super friendly and very kind. Hotel is old. Needs updated for sure. Comfortable bed. Dim light in bathroom. Outdoor pool was awesome. Always clean.

When we were deciding where to stay over night, we wanted to find a place that was cheap, but not trashy. This hotel was good enough for my wife and son to stay. There will always be little things here and there that need attention, but I was satisfied enough with my stay. A list of items that could be fixed for next time: 1. Ensuring the AC unit is functioning properly without excessive rattling noises. 2. Fixing outlets so they are safe and work properly. 3. Replacing lamps with faulting on/off switches. 4. Fixing loose bathroom faucet handles to prevent leaking/excessive dripping. 5. Removing light switches that seem to have no functionality. 6. Fixing bathroom fan to work properly.
