Very beautiful hotel, clean and beautiful view. Staff were so kind and went out of their way to help. Located in an upscale part of Napoli. The hotel is away from the “main centre”, so depending on what you’re looking for this may or may not be for you. I chose it because it was away.

The property was beautiful. For $500 a night in the highest class of room I would have expected a floor other than 1. Our air conditioning stopped working at midnight and the hotel needed to change our room in the middle of the night. No offer of refund or gesture..

Remarkable!

This was a top of the line Premiun Service hotel that had all the modern sophistication yet old world charm. Beautiful location overlooking the city. The finest dining you will find in Naples. Just a wonderful place and experience.

I am so confused as to why this hotel only has an 8.6 rating. For us, we would give this 1000/10 if we could. The location was perfecto and our room had a balcony overlooking the ocean. The staff were incredibly attentive, welcoming us with huge smiles upon arrival. Marco was a highlight for us, as he gave us a tour of our room after arriving. A very charming and funny man! We also did the 5 course tasting menu with wine pairing at The George Restaurant on the 6th floor (awarded two Michelin stars in 2024). It exceeded our expectations and we now have memories to last a lifetime. We were also given a voucher for the rooftop bar, located above the restaurant and overlooking the ocean. It was absolutely spectacular. Each time we left our room, there were treats or a cleaning service done. This was an unbelievable experience and the only complain I have is that we didn’t stay longer (only 2 days). Thank you to the staff of Grand Hotel Parker’s for a fabulous stay! We will be back!

Staff was super helpful; they boxed us up a to go breakfast because we were checking out at 5 am to go to airport. Hotel upgraded us too. Very beautiful property.

Very nice hotel, lovely rooms, very good food & very helpful friendly staff

I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast is amazing, they make the best omelets and it's a feast! I had to turn food away! My hotel room was exquisite! I had the most comfy king sized bed, and beautiful view and a balcony. The rooms are also high-tech and "smart". The concierge Marco was so friendly and the rest of the staff were very helpful.

This was such a beautiful hotel with the best customer service. We felt safe and it was very clean and well kept hotel. It wasn’t the best location, a little far from the center if you want to walk but there was always taxis outside to take you where ever you needed to go. I will definitely stay here again

We arrived at grand Parker’s for just one night after traveling through Florence and before boarding ferry for capri The hotel was so beautiful and we loved the location. They had a room ready for us upon arrival (early) and the experience was just lovely

Staff were amazing. Efficient and friendly. The terrace view for cocktails is fabulous. We had dinner in The George which was an unbelievable experience. It was my husbands birthday and they made it very very special.

The staff at the hotel (front desk, room staff and terrace restaurant and bar) were top quality and very accommodating. Views from the terrace and hotel room (I booked one with a balcony) were outstanding.

Very very nice staff, the corridors were excellent. Very nice design. We stayed in a duplex with balcony and sea view, based on how the place is described, the small window led into a tiny balcony with no furniture and a old gym, the overall rating is 3/5. Expected more.

Excellent across the board

beautiful hotel, and a great team onsite. don’t miss dining at George while staying here. Marco at the front desk was especially helpful and kind, as was Yolanda at breakfast each day. the view of Vesuvius from breakfast is really something special. in room amenities were the best in my 2 week trip across Italy.

Amazing historic Hotel with sweeping views over the bay of Naples and outstanding staff

We had a fantastic stay. The staff provided amazing service. The views and the breakfasts are incredible. The Michelin restaurant is worth trying! Good location to explore Naples.

The room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and lovely bathroom. There is a beautiful view from the 6th floor bar and dining room...one of the best pizzas I've ever had and then a delicious breakfast the next morning.

The hotel oozed luxury from moment you stepped in; with its spacious lobby and high end art and furnishings. Its greatest amenities the rooftop bar and 2 Michelin star restaurant overlooking the Amalfi coast. A back drop of blue Mediterranean waters and mount Vesuvius coupled with fine dining. The rooms were immaculate with some of my favourite toiletries: Floris. However, the biggest asset of this hotel are its staff who make the guests feel special and welcome; dealing with any questions, queries or concerns with the utmost professionalism. We had a lovely stay.
