Good place to stay

It was stated that the restaurants were closed. They were open. Their pool was affected by Hurricane Helene.

Although my Visit was extremely Brief, I will definitely be back to visit as it was very clean comfortable and I love that it’s dog friendly.

Always top shelf. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, wonderful staff and good food.

This was a quiet and clean hotel. I thought the price was reasonable for such a beautiful hotel. Great location within driving distance to great restaurants and a huge mall.

Business stay for two days and considering the hurricane damage the property sustained the staff and hotel condition was good.

Always great time at the Grand Hyatt Tampa. Food, drinks, room perfect as usual!

My stay was average...the room could have been cleaner. The windows were caked with water spots all over...could barely enjoy the view. Stains on the duvet cover. Ice machine not working on 6th floor...ice machine & ice room was filthy and a safety hazard...water all over floor. See photos

Short business trip

The hotel is very clean, rooms are updated nicely and the food was great! The water view is awesome!

This hotel has everything! I stayed two nights with my 15 & 17 year old on our way down to Clearwater and we all loved it! we had an airport view the 1st night and a bay view the 2nd, both were beautiful. the fitness center is massive with a large variety of well maintained equipment, towels and complimentary waters. Two large pools each with bars and a different vibes to them. Surprise, there’s a boardwalk nature trail that’s even lit up at night and it leads to a gazebo at the bay one way and the other way leads to the other pool from the main hotel. Wait there’s more… a fishing pier! We got to see small sharks and very large manatees swimming right past each other and breathtaking sunset views. There was also a inside bar, gift shop and a restaurant or two. They’ve also got bikes and balls for different activities available; basketball, tennis, ect. I can’t wait to revisit soon!

The staff was so nice and friendly, our room was ready 4 hours before check in, parking was easy. The pool was so nice as well, and both restaurants were great.

Hotel was clean room was nice

The room was gorgeous. The huge window was amazing to me. You could view the bay as well downtown Tampa. The colors of the room are very relaxing. The bed was soft and fluffy.

Easy check in. Staff was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful with any questions and or concerns we had. Our room was beautiful with an awesome view!!! We loved watching the sun come up, go down as well as the moon over the water. We ate lunch and dinner at 1823. The food was excellent!!! The manager was very nice and accomodating. We will suggest this hotel for anyone visiting the Tampa area.

Stay was amazing. Hotel is pretty upscale and the views are beautiful!

Awesome place to stay

Wonderful staff and facilities. We truly loved our meals at both restaurants and had the best time recharging in nature and by the pools. Tons of wildlife to enjoy: dolphins, manatees, birds, and fish of all kinds. A great location to escape and enjoy all they have to offer!

Beautiful property and enjoyed my stay here with my family

The carpeting in my hallway was stained and smelly. The floor in the elevators and in the foyer of the elevator areas was dirty when arrived and remained rhat way for 4 days. It cleaery was never cleaned.

Hotel and staff both excellent. No shopping or dining close by. More expensive than I thought.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff were all amazing, from check in to check out! We would definitely stay here again. I do think it’s ridiculous to charge guests for self parking when you’re already paying a high enough price for the room. If I was using valet I would understand but there are no other options for parking other than your garage, so you truly should allow people staying there a bit of a break.

Loved my stay here with my daughter, the breakfast was delicious! Staff was exceptionally nice and friendly. The pool is smaller than the photos, that would be my only negative.

Enjoyed the quiet pools and nature trails.
