Nice and friendly staff. Location is central to everything I do while I’m in Edmonton. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is included which is a bonus.

Upon arrival, around 11:15pm the lobby looked nice. A security guard was present at the front counter, which I found a bit odd. It was when we headed into the elevator, saw what looked like blood smeared next to the buttons, then on our floor in the hallway as we walked to the room there were bits of crumbled up plastic, a cigarette package wrapper…we heard very loud people in one of the rooms, sounded like they were partying. In the room, we always do a check, and there were spill marks on the wall between the beds behind the night stand, the bathroom wall near the garbage can was the same. The sink had some chunk of what looked like food stuck between the plug and the sink. There was no bottled water in the room and only a vending machine at the end of the hall. I went to it and realized my $20 wouldn’t work as it showed it only takes $5/$10 or change. I went all the way back down to lobby and asked for change for the machine and asked if no water is out in the rooms and she confirmed you have to buy it. Back up I went and put the $5 in, it spit it back out four times, I tried the $10, it spit it out too, I tried change, only half of it was accepted, the price sign said $2.25 but the led reader said I needed $3.25. I went back down and saw a vending machine by an exit door and thought to try it. It only excepted debit or change. I tried to use my change, got one bottle and then the change wouldn’t work again. Finally got water from front desk. Won’t stay again.

Disappointing Experience. Room was not clean: lashes, hair, and mascara in the bathroom. Requested a full service, noted debris were not addressed. Had to have service manager to the room. A/C in the room did not work, fridge was hot inside, televisions are outdated and cannot connect with mobile. Breakfast was adequate. Tons of available parking. WiFi was acceptable, not much phone service in rooms.

We were happy. The breakfast was awesome, it was simple but it changed daily and was constantly being freahly made. Close enough to the mall, only a 20 min nice walk.

Would not return, room was passable but common areas old with strong cigarette smell in hallways. Buffet breakfast was cold, although coffee was decent. Area felt unsafe, homeless person sleeping on a bench just outside the entrance door while security guard sat inside at the front desk on his phone. Housekeeping only every three days so just cleaned the room once in our 4 night stay. Seems like a covid rule that is out dated. Could phone for fresh towels but kept forgetting when leaving in the mornings, so that's on me. Seemed to be lots of better choices in the area.

Clean

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. The hot breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay and will book it again next time we go to Edmonton.

It was a very nice property

Check in was not easy and kindness.

We had booked 2 nights. After the first we got a call asking if we had checked out. They said we switched to 1 night which we didn’t. Was able to stay but was surprised they insisted we said something we clearly did not. Very poor service. Will not return

The property was clean. We went to the restaurant for dinner and there was no drink menu aonthe server had to keep going back and forth letting us know what they had and what they didn't.

Great parking, great breath huge amount of bacon, fruit salad, etc. Coffee could use some work, clean room, service great, recommend

Everything was more than ok

I needed change for the public transportation and the staff at the reception desk readily provided it. It was such a pleasant surprise and sets this property 'heads and shoulders' above other properties in that area.

Great place we will be back

$200 deposit charged once you get to the hotel, you then have to wait for them to check your room at check out to get it refunded to your card. Very unorganized check in process. Bathroom was not cleaned well, floor was sticky in spots. One elevator for the whole hotel and it is in desperate need of a service.

The place was just as they promoted

We checked into our executive suit and the bed was not made or room cleaned. Housekeeping supervisor came to room and we had to switch rooms. We moved down one floor. The room was clean but no face cloths or hand towel in second bathroom. When we went to make up pull out sofa bed there were no sheets, comforter or pillows for it. Houskeeping had to bring them up. The shower drain plug would not stay up while having a shower, so tub filled with water. The free breakfast was decent though.

Excellent hotel at a great price.

I understand that the front desk was busy but better directions to our room would have helped besides saying” elevators that way” when we didn’t even need the elevator then walked away. iIt was our first time there. He was polite enough but 2 extra seconds would have been a big help.

Convenient close to the Mall

It was mostly an alright stay but there was a lot of long black hair on the bathroom floor that kept sticking to my socks and dirt swept into the corners and more dirt and small wrappers in the closet track. Hallway outside of our room needed to be vacuumed for a couple days. The lady who checked us in didn’t tell us where our room was and we got lost for a bit. Other than that it was fine.
