We arrived early and they still were able to get us into a room right away.
We had lunch at the buffet and were very impressed with both the quality and variety of the food.
Our room was extremely comfortable and well furnished. Towels and amenities were very nice.

It was very quite, excellent fast service only issue was I could not charge my meals to the room when eating at the restaurant.

Was an amazing stay, strong wi-fi, comfy beds, fantastic bath tub. Only complaint is the horrific stench of fuel in the lobby from the underground parking. Its inhumane that those poor people have to work in those fumes all day. Serious upgrades in ventilation and door seals are desperately needed, no one should ever have to work like that.

Great stay with kids as solo mom. Booked a family room with 3 beds and outside area and was surprised how spacious it was. Decent kids meals through room service and of course amazing pool and water park. This hotel is a favourite for us and we try to stay at least once a year.

Loved how I could sign onto my Netflix on the TV. I wasn’t feeling good my trip but the bed was really comfortable and I could watch my Netflix and relax.

It was my boys birthday and the staff were excellent and so friendly. They brought cake and ice cream to the room for them. One of the best family experiences for a hotel we have had.

Great place for kids and family. Accommodating when we needed to add an extra day. Seems like anything extra required a fee. For an example we ordered Uber eats but no cutlery was provided so we asked the hotel to give us some disposable cutlery, but they said it was an extra charge. Despite free charge we had at other bookings through hotels.com. It was an excellent time, but seems like anything extra required additional fees.

Great hotel. Kids loved the waterslides, but it was very busy so got quite crowded in the pool. The breakfast was excellent. We ordered room service and had pizzas delivered to the room as we had 5 little kids in our party. It was good. Hotel really accommodated our room wishes to be together. Staff was very friendly

Everything was o.k., except for the breakfast: Unfriendly service, product offered not worth the price that was charged. Really disappointing.

The best motor inn I’ve ever stayed in Calgary. Room is spacious and very clean. Love the pool and gym room so much. The only down for is the sauna room Took more than an hour to heat up. The jets in the hot tub are not functioning well. Other than these, everything else is close to perfect.

We stayed here for the Thanksgiving long weekend. Our kids loved the hotel. It has 2 pools the kids loved. Kids didn’t like they had to book just 1 hour each evening at the waterpark. They loved going to the gym and racketball court.
Cleaners were excellent and put our room together each morning. Fast, cleaning service.
The hotel is older and needs updates, dated wall paper, cracks and holes on walls, old microwave, no mattress protector (just sheets)
Only 3 handicap parking in the front.
But overall we enjoyed the hotel. We would go back

Stay was good - perfect for a one stop night. Waterpark is kid friendly not so much for adults wanting to relax - hot tub was small. We did ask about getting a fan for the room was told okay and did not receive a fan or informed if they did not have one

Arrived from the UK and this was our first stop. The hotel shuttle transferred us without issue, checked in by Bhupinder and found we had been allocated a pleasant room. The breakfast was good and the servers, Janet and a gent whose name I didn't establish were friendly, cheerful and really attentive. Used the Jetz Bar for dinner an the food was good and inexpensive. Checked out with Sarika, who was excellent and sorted out my rewards programme for me. Excellent stay.

Having stayed for two nights the previous week, we had expected a much better experience. On arrival at the airport, we tried to arrange the hotel shuttle, as we had previously, but it took 40 minutes before Reception answered the phone. It was a further 20 minutes before the shuttle arrived. Once at the hotel, the Evening manager, Mo was assisting on Reception, as there was only one receptionist, who was being overwhelmed. There was no apology for the delay, just a here is your room. Really disappointing after the positive experience the week before.

Not able to connect wifi so needed to front desk. The front clerk told me that its because my last name was too short. In that case, i think they should have let me know when I check in. He gave me other wifi access but is was unconvenient

Our room wasn’t clean, had a broken closet door, and a dirty couch. Kids were also u supervised in the pool area and being unsafe with other kids and parents around.
I had heard great things about this hotel; and now I am disappointed and not wanting to return.

The water slides where the best, good breakfast. Having to use the room key for elevator and doors was not the best.

Ourselves and the kids loved the water slides! That was the highlight for sure. Just make sure to pre book your time slot the morning of to ensure you can go when you wanted. The only reason we have 4 stars is the restaurant food wasn’t great. We managed but didn’t love what we ate.
