There was a laundry area easily accessible!!

Dirty, Gehtto, loud, Meth looking people all outside and hanging in the parking lot.

Dirty comforter, did not have a pleasant stay and will not stay again

We booked to evacuate from Hurricane Milton. We checked in and had difficulty getting to our room as a group was hanging out on the steps preventing there use. We used other steps to get to the 2nd floor and there was a drunk sitting on the landing. When we got to the room it stunk and then in the bathroom behind the door was brown smeared over the wall. Don't know if it was blood or crap but it was not clean. The pictures do not accurately reflect this motel and how disgusting it really is. While on the roo. It sounded like group above us was coming through the ceiling and there were people running around and yelling outside of our room. When going to the office to complain 4 police vehicles came into the parking lot due to a disturbance at the motel. At the office complained about the room and all of the noise and was told that there were no other rooms and that a lot of people there live there. This was more of an apartment than motel. Have been trying to get a refund and the motel is unresponsive with Hotels.com. If you want clean and quiet then this motel is not the place for you.

Disgusting is the first word that comes to mind. Aside from the filth and the mold all over the walls and behind every light switch half of the switches in the walls didn’t work so we had very little light. The shower was disgusting, and the shower curtain rod literally fell on my head when I was taking a shower, there is mold and mildew in every corner, the toilet needed work and we barely flush. The place is falling apart and we had no choice because we were hurricane evacuees and ended up staying several days in that room. I had to buy memory foam mattress covers so our backs didn’t break in the night , the beds were so hard and uncomfortable. There were never enough towels and they were hard and scratchy. I’m not just being a precocious customer. I was truly disgusted by this hotel room. The only thing it didn’t have was bugs. I don’t know what kind of mold was on the wall, but it was black. Literally on the wall .

If you want place to lay your head at night and don’t care about quality, this hotel will be fine. There’s absolutely no amenities to speak of.

The shower was awful the lighting was bad the tv didnt work there was trash and food all over the place wifi wouldnt work
