It was incredibly noisy. The walls were so thin that we could hear the TV in the adjoing room and also hear other guests talking. Noise in the hallways. We did not rest at all.

Location was convenient as we were there for an event close by. Parking and access to vehicle was good. Safe and secure. Staff was very friendly and informative. Morning breakfast was a very nice touch without having to leave the establishment.

Far superior to the last place I stayed at in Windsor/Sandwich. However, we had a room on the ground floor. People walk on the sidewalks right beside the building. We had to keep the curtains closed all the time and could hear their conversations when they passed. Staff was friendly and the hotel and rooms were clean.

1.The front desk (Derek) told me to ask a “cleaning lady” for supplies (ie. toothbrush + plastic bag) after first arriving at the hotel.
2. At 11:30, front desk (Derek), came and began slamming on my door while I was in the shower. After getting out, I realized the door was left open.

Check in was prompt and well done. Sound carries from one room to another. The TV was not working and when I called down I was asked "do you really need to watch tv"? I did not feel as safe as in other hotels as there was activity in the parking lot area very late into the morning.

The room was very damp. Our clothes were wet after a day of keeping them in the hotel room. The room also had a strong odour that was very unpleasant. The staff we friendly and welcoming. However, they were very slow to check us in and actually processed several other guests before us. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this hotel or stay there again.

Didn’t like charging my credit for deposits. Most hotels put your card on file for incidental damages and now I’m showing an extra charge on my bill and it takes 3 to 5 days to remove the charge.
Also toilet was broken in one of rooms and no maintenance person was on call

Room toilet was dirty. Black spots on the wall beside the fire water sprayer. Room smelled extremely musty. Air and bedding in room felt moist. Clearly hasn’t been updated in a very long time.
Front desk staff were very friendly and kind.

Arrived around 7PM, the room still wasn't ready. The front desk was very apologetic and offered great customer service.
The suite room is very big. Really impressed with the size. The hotel is a bit dated but we enjoyed our stay.

The rooms and hotel were clean, the breakfast room was very well kept, the outside seemed to have many people hanging around. We asked the clerks at the desk if it was safe to walk to Caesars Colosseum for a concert and we were assured “it was perfectly safe”. It did not seem unsafe in the daylight but we found out later it was extremely unsafe at night to walk back and we took a taxi back to the hotel.

I left over some of my clothes on the bed and from the same night i have gone to the hotel twice and called many times, no one has seen my clothes while cleaning the room!! But the manager promised me they will search the laundry but that is full up to ceiling!, i am waiting for next day they call me!! i cant believe loose my cloths so easily
