Two night stay. First room faced inside so had no view, definitely worth paying for the upgrade to have a view of the golf course and mountains.

The pools were great for my daughter, she loved the swimming. This place is definitely great for a big group and for kids. It is not fancy, the restaurants are mediocre.
5.0
In my opinion this place is super under rated. Literally has everything imaginable. Really great experience. Aquatic center, beach and pools were awesome! Views were great too!

Only stayed one night. The views were spectacular. The service was very good. The drinks and food were wonderful. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Service was amazing. Food at elements was ok.. definitely price. My salmon was dry and overcooked. My friends rib sandwich was very overlooked. The breakfast buffet was not good. If i were the chef i would never have put the gravy for the biscuits and gravy out that way. It was expensive and sub par. The server also did not know what screwdriver was and said they couldn't make it. But was able to put together a mimosa? Otherwise the service was wonderful. Just dont eat at the hotel.

Resort was very pretty! Wish we were there longer. Our room was clean and well stocked. It was so nice to have a balcony. Pools were clean and fun! Only downfall is the dog that barked for an hour straight while its owners weren’t in the room- poor pup.

Great stay overall and wonderful facilities! The people working provided excellent service. The only letdown was the beach area, which was not being maintained well during out visit. We came prior to Memorial Day Weekend.

Great location, restaurant options nice and staff friendly. The heated pool was great for a spring stay. Comfy beds and safe rooms.

It was a beautiful lodge with breathtaking views. Very clean, nice staff but short on help.

For a "resort" the rooms are meh. When you walk in the room smells of a musty/mildewy smell. The bathroom smelt even worse of mildew. The hooks on the doors were taken off then put back on in different spots and the holes were not covered. The water pressure was terrible and most of the tv channels don't work or are "out of range".
The floors are very thin, we could hear every step in the room above.
It's very confusing to get around and the signs to each "lodge" are not clearly marked.
The view is pretty but definitely not worth what we paid for a "resort experience".

The staff was very friendly and very accommodating, the view was fabulous, and the room was well appointed; however, the toilet was so short it felt like a free fall every time I had to use it, there was only one bathrobe for two guests, one coffee pod for two guests, one coffee cup for two guests, and one luggage rack for two guests. The first room we checked into had an adjoining door which allowed us hear every word of our neighbors conversation. We requested a new room which they graciously provided. Unfortunately, it was on the second floor and we heard the guest above us moving around. Also, the alarm clock went off at 5 AM, which was very disruptive. I wish housekeeping would check for things like that between guests. Overall, nice place, but did not meet my expectations.

We stayed at this resort only one night on our way to Denver, but really could have stayed here much longer! Lovely resort, beautiful views, and the best hotel bed and sleep I’ve had in the entire 10 day road trip. The lobby is spacious as well as the outdoor seating area. Starbucks in the lobby. The views can’t be beat. We did lose power in the morning due to high winds. I’d think they should have generators, but not a big deal - power restored after about two hours. Took a shower by cell phone light which added to the adventure lol. Highly recommend.

The resort was beautiful, the lobby and restaurants were very nice. Very clean. The room was clean, but fairly small and the toilet was extremely low to the ground. I don’t know how a tall person could be comfortable. All in all it was a good trip

It was a great stay. My little kids enjoyed the pool

It was a nice place, more like a winter cabin. Visited in January 2024 and it wasn't much to do at the resort. Many renovations were occurring.

The room was clean and decent size but nothing any more special than a King size bed room at any other hotel. The staff was courteous and friendly and prompt to our requests. Beers at the bar were expensive @ $9.00 a piece. We had their breakfast buffet which was good. Overall, we were not disappointed but were not overly impressed either.
It was a convenient location to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo (8 min away).

It was beautiful!

The property itself is quite beautiful in an amazing location! Unfortunately, the rooms, and the hallways leading to the rooms, are very dated in their decor and design.

Had an issue with first room and they were very accommodating of the change. Great service

The resort is lovely. Much nicer than expected! We only stayed one night. I walked the grounds and checked out the spa and indoor and outdoor pools and was very impressed with the facilities. So much so I told my husband we need to come back for a staycation. The room was updated and the beds were comfortable.

The pool and hot tub were nice. The views from our balcony were awesome. The room was great. Check in and out was fast and easy.
The house keeping was inconsistent, usually late - one day after 5:30pm, except one morning when they woke us up at 8:30am. I was unable to locate an ice machine in our building.

Everything about this place was fantastic! The only negative was the people above our room were incredibly loud and you can hear all of their footsteps.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable property. Stayed during a huge snowstorm. Sure the staff was doing their best to keep up but the sidewalks continually needed more shoveling. The parking lot also needed additional plowing. Very limited menu and choices for happy hour. Wonderful breakfast buffet.

The staff is so accommodating and friendly. The view is stunning. I would highly recommend.
