The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable.

Super friendly check in ! Disappointed in room condition. The office chair was heavily stained , random blood or red stain on sheer window curtains , and accent pillow was way worn out.

Common areas are dirty. Seats need to be cleaned. Tables are sticky. The young lady preparing for breakfast did a great job. Staff is unprofessional in appearance and speech. Would never stay at this property again.

The chairs in the dining area are filthy, there are broken windows, dirty carpet and funky smell. There are weeds everywhere outside, even in the entry area when you first pull up. The chair in our room was simply disgusting. Badly stained. Beds were not comfortable, but bedding seemed clean and pillows were nice. A/C worked very well. We heard the folks above us very well until 12:30ish and again about 5:30 in the morning. Wish there was a way to add photos.....may go to their site to do that. I can live with "well worn", but not filthy. Will not be back.

The clerk was nice but not overly polite. When he checked us in he handed me our keys and said have a nice stay ladies. Didnt tell us what our room number was or where the elevator was. The room itself was ok. Outdated but not bad. We were told breakfast would be available from 6a-10a. We went down the next morning at 830. When we got down there, there was no cups for the waffle batter. I had to ask for some. There was no fresh fruit. No butter. No eggs or bacon. Only potatoes. And the juice was colored water. I’ve never been to a hotel that didn’t refill breakfast when they say they’re available until 10. The next day we tried again. Made our waffles. No syrup. I asked for syrup. Got asked if I looked around. Obviously, yes I did. She told me no more syrup. Must be out. I started looking for the syrup in the drawers myself and found the box. I filled the syrup for them and the rest of the people wanting syrup. It wasn’t a horrible stay, however I don’t think I would stay there again.

Best thing about our stay was it was quiet and Matthew at front desk was helpful and friendly

The breakfast in the morning was not kept in check a lot of the food was still being made when more people came down and a lot of them had nothing else but to wait until more breakfast was served.

This property needs some updating. It was clean and the staff was extremely kind and helpful but it definitely needs a facelift.

No hot water in my room for two of three days😬 Asked to be moved into another part of hotel without success.

The breakfast was terrible: burnt coffee with no creamer, no fruit or yogurt, watery oatmeal, few options.

Was traveling from out of state driving and received a call the morning of checkin stating there’s no room available and that it was over booked and offered me the hotel down the street which I asked if they have a microwave I wouldn’t mind because I have kids and booked Hampton for that reason but they didn’t so they called back and said they found a room. Checked in and had Issue with bathroom and sink wasn’t draining. Called front desk about it and asked if they can ask the hotel they offered earlier. They called and sent me there. Mimd it was almost 10pm. I checked in the other hotel but didn’t go into the room until late that night. They provided me with a microwave (appreciate it) but noticed bath and sink wasn’t draining well too. I just dealt with it as I’m not going to put my family through moving things to another hotel or not even getting one. Stayed with Hilton a lot and this was the worst experience.

Close to Flatiron Flyer bus service. That worked great for me. Made it easy to get to downtown Denver to connect to train to Golden. Very low cost transportation options close by.

I Was told I could have a late check out and I would only be charged half my rate. I was told that by two different desk clerks, and then got told last minute that they were going to charge me the full rate when I told him the other two employees told me it would only be half of the rate, they stated that they shouldn’t have told me that. And they were still gonna charge me anyway. Down in the breakfast café stains all over the booth, got down there a half hour before they were supposed to close and they were all out of eggs. Richard at the front desk was wonderful, he was the only one that was accommodating and had great customer service skills. For being a Hilton honors member, I did not feel like I got treated accordingly. I will never stay there again.

Room seemed clean enough but smelled funny

It was a convenient location to stay. The cleaning staff have to clean and change the linens not just make the bed between people.
