Affordable and clean, and within walking distance of good dining and fun.

Stayed for 2 nights while in Killarney, great location easy to walk to town and restaurants. No air conditioning but the family suite was great for us and had plenty of room. No fridge or microwave.

Excellent hotel with great rooms and nice facilities/grounds. Fine location for easily getting to everything in Killarney.

The hotel room is a little outdated, and it is a little further away from all the shops and restaurants in town.

This was a second time we've stayed in this hotel. The location and the family room layout are both perfect for us.

The beds were very uncomfortable.

The hotel was excellent and I would have given it a top rating, except there was a problem with the dead bolt on the bathroom door. The mechanism was loose. It locked, but it didn't unlock. I found this out while in the bathroom. I spent almost half an hour locked in the bathroom. A staff member came and couldn't figure it out, so he went to get... the bar manager to help. During this time, I managed to figure out how to maneuver the loose mechanism to open the door. It didn't appear that there was any way to disassemble the door from the outside, so I suppose eventually they would have kicked the door in? When I went to check out, nothing had been passed along. When I informed the desk, the manager was very apologetic... but offered me only a free breakfast. The hotel was great otherwise, but I was not impressed by their response. The bathroom had no windows / vents / fan or anything, and it was becoming quite hot during that half hour.

The hotel was tired. The Bed was poor, the room was dark and tired

Hotel is average and room rate is high. Location is good. Breakfast is very poor and less choice.

Only one outlet for entire room and it’s not by the bed which is important for those with cpap machines. In one of our reserved rooms, the outlet didn’t even work.

The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown and near the national park, the lobby and public spaces in the hotel were beautiful, and the pub conveniently located in the hotel was great. However it is very clear they put the majority of their money into renovating the public spaces of the hotel and not so much in the guest rooms. While the room was clean, the beds were very uncomfortable and the room was stuffy with no air conditioning. We expected more for the price.

Great stay

Great location for exploring the Ring of Kerry and Killarney which is the primary reason we wanted to be here. The restaurant and pub are decent; front desk was very helpful. Parking is easy. Walkable to downtown Killarney. Hotel room was nothing fantastic but nothing terrible either. Location is key here.

Lovely property. Easy access to all the sites

Family friendly (4 per room comfy). Great location and town. Don’t miss the Jaunting Cars and driver Mike. Killarney Brewing and Distill Co for dinner and ambiance. Loved Dingle peninsula and Ring of Kerry. Lovely. No AC…not needed in early June. Warm in day cool at night with windows.

Extremely friendly welcome at checkin. Lovely spa open till 9pm. Location walkable in about 15 mins to town centre and same distance to bicycle hire to explore the park. Very clean, spacious room, nice shower and bathtub.

Easily accessible hotel helpful staff

Nice hotel. Good value. Most of the staff was very friendly except for host at breakfast buffet. Food at buffet was okay.

The location was ok. The room furnishings were old (1950-1960s) and very worn. The breakfast buffet was terrible and not worth the cost. The only dinner food was in the bar. The food was average, but my granddaughter ended up with food posioning and this was the only place she ate before getting sick.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, we had a late train departure and they held our bags for us without fee so that we could explore before our train.

This was our 2nd time at this hotel, its very clean and a short distance to town , the staff are so helpful, nothing is to much trouble and the rooms are very clean and comfortable, id highly recommend this hotel
