This hotel needs updating. Horrible mattress and overall staff was apathetic. No manager on duty. No call back afterwards. Only general Gmail? I'll probably try somewhere else in Cincinnati.

I TRIED TO CANCEL AND COULDN'T. NOT YOUR FAULT BUT STILL WAS CHARGED, CANNOT GET MY MONEY BACK AND I'M POOR.

Bed was miserable. There was at least a 4” sag from the edge to the center of the bed.
Overall, hotel was nice, staff was friendly, property was clean, and plenty of space in the room, but did not get a good night’s sleep which is the whole purpose for staying at a hotel.

The property is beginning to show signs of wear and the kitchen faucet did not work. In addition, you have to request all cookware and dining ware (an indication of the problems that they have had concerning them) and much was left to be desired. The staff was nice enough, but given what is being charged, I would expect much more.

They accused me of breaking a table in my room. I provided clear proof that I did not but they continued to harass me about it. Didnt ASK about it...they accused me of it from the get go. I dont appreciate that at all. Will NEVER stay aat BW ever again !!! Very poor customer treatment.

Very nice hotel. Updated room and wonderful bathroom, only lacking a hook on the door. Door on bedroom, creating private area. Full kitchen, nice breakfast bar. Friendly staff. Hotel has convenient laundry area.

It took forever to check in. Was also a little out dated. The bed made a lot of noise when you moved around. The person that was in charge of breakfast was nice but the food was awful.

There was nothing wrong with our stay, the building is very old and the bathroom was so small.

The staff was excellent! The location is within 5 minutes walking to a major thriving mall and restaurants. However, the hotel is dated and the elevator broke down and had to climb stairs on last day of stay.

It seemed to be in a quiet area. We were not bothered by the noise of passing cars during the night. And access to the Best Western was easy.

The room had a full kitchen which would have been great to use. Unfortunately it was a one night stay. Excellent place to stay if for a week. The cheese omelets were wonderful.

We stayed here for 5 days for our son’s wedding. The location was perfect to get to all the events! It was wonderful to have so much space and a small kitchen in our suite. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful too

The outdoor pool was a great piece for my stay. I chose this hotel because of the kitchen and pool. Make sure you request what you need for the kitchen. When I arrived, I had to request for simply kitchen items (plates, cups, silverware, pan, etc) so that I could use the kitchen. It was not already in the room. It is best to bring the things you must need. Soap for dishes, sharp knife, kitchen towel, salt/pepper.
The room is spacious and comfortable. Requested a room with a bathtub which I received. They may be updating the rooms with walk in showers as this bathtub was a bit old and stained. The hotel is close to the freeway which is great and they have installed extra soundproof windows which was wonderful.

I am 4' 11". Bed was too high for me to get in. Had to sleep on small settee which was pretty hard until I put the folded duvet on it so we managed.

Pull out couch bed was unusable and should be thrown away. The springs were pushing through the mattress cover. The main area lack any place to sit. The breakfast options were very good. The pool was excellent.
