部屋は広く、清掃も行き届いていて清潔感がありました。スタッフも笑顔で気持ちの良い対応をしてくれました。シンシナティ大学のすぐ側というロケーションもあり、学生が多く活気が感じられました。周囲には治安の悪さを感じるところはなく、近所の散歩も楽しめます。すぐ目の前にスターバックスやレストランもあり、またターゲットもあるので不便はありません。

ダウンタウンからはやや遠いです。

The room was decorated nicely, clean and accommodating. The only issue was the fridge door was broken but they replaced it.

Check the appliances to make sure they aren’t broken. The fridges are cheap. There is a button for 2 hours. Food could spoil if you dont push it after 2 hours.

The location!

Y’all need to upgrade and update the rooms. This should be nicer than what is offered. Please upgrade the rooms, tv, amenities of the room.

Very Clean Quiet and convenient

Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Convenient location near the university and many restaurants. Less than 10 minute drive to downtown.

room: nice and clean breakfast: okay for a complementary breakfast in the US. Got the things I like to eat in the morning location: close to university, parking could be a bit challenging

The location was perfect, close to a lot of stores & quick food restaurants. The room was nice and spacious.

For the price, I don’t think it was worth it. The bed felt like a box spring, very uncomfortable. The breakfast was also mediocre.

Swimming pool it felt great

Very close to the UC, with friendly staff. Clean and comfortable.

Very clean and well located

Location. A trolley that took us to our event. They stopped running at 11 and we had to Uber back. They should run longer on big event nights.

The air conditioner barely blew out any cold air. The curtains couldn't be shut and the lights from the river lit up our room all night.

Breakfast was a nice touch.

Parking was convenient and affordable.

It was in a quiet area of Cincinnati but quick Uber ride to the zoo and the ballpark. Very clean hotel and staff was very nice.

Everything was fine, we had a pleasant stay

On the morning of our departure, we discovered that one of our car windows was smashed and the contents of the car ransacked. We were parked in the adjacent hotel-recommended parking garage and found out that previous to our break-in, there were at least 12 cases in the same garage. Not only did the hotel not take any precautions (for example security cameras, overnight security and so on), we were never told there was a recurring problem. We had to drive the 1100 miles home with a patched window.

I loved that even though the hotel was at capacity it was quiet. I could not hear people around me which was awesome.

It would be good if the back door that is closest to the parking garage worked. For both the safety perspective and for shorter walk from the hotel to the car during rain.

I liked there was a lot of stuff near by I could walk to.

I had to pay anything to park. I had to pay for unlimited parking which was about $15. On one of floor someone broken into a car window so it made me feel somewhat unsafe to park there on top of it not being complimentary with the room.

The location and proximity to UC is great.

The check in took a while and parking is inconvenient and too far away.
