The property isn’t clean, roaches and bugs. I felt very unsafe. I know there’s a lot of workers that live there. I greatly appreciate getting my deposit back. The desk attendant was very kind and totally understood my concerns.

The property appeared to be a halfway house and the room reeked of cigarette smoke.

It was horrible the room smells like cigarettes the walls was dirty the bed sheets was with stains, it was uncomfortable to sleep, the room was full of roaches its was a terrible experience the room was also old fashion and dirty

Marihuana smell all over the room and lots of insects inside

The room was mostly clean, but carpet was dingy and the refrigerator did not work. Cost was okay for the area and location.

I did my check in early but since i was in a coference i was not able to inspect the room until i got back around 10 pm...to my surprise. The room was horrible, it was not clean it had body hair all over the bathtub, the walls and mirror all dirty it stink so bad i had to buy disinfectant spray and use the entire bottle. It had somebody else clothes on dresser and since the office was close and nobody answer the phone after hours

As soon as I got in the room there was a very musty smell. I went to store for a spray can of lysol. Over 2 days i had to spray each time i returned. Used almost whole can just to be able to stand it. Mattress was old and lumpy. Marks and smears all over the walls. Needs paint. Sheets were stained.

The cleanliness of the room was far beneath subpar. The staff at check-in was great. The facilities, however, were not. It reeked of weed so much so that I checked out immediately.

The room was flilthy. Saw a cockroach. Neighbors extremely noisy late at night. I recommend no traveler stay at this hotel. Big mistake to stay here. Avoid this hotel.

I rarely say anything bad about a place but... there were roaches, I had to defrost the freezer to be able to use it, the little stove did not work, never saw housekeeping in the week i was there, the floor has soft spots in several areas including around the toilet and the kitchen area. The air conditioner smelled like rancid beer. The one bed had an odd odor. The bed, though, was probably the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a hotel. Plenty hot water. Good space. The lamp has usb plugs which was helpful. Very dog friendly.

Was dirty and the roaches will come and welcome you in.

Kind of pricey for the conditions surrounding this place. You get LESS than what you pay for! Stingy with toiletries Bring disinfectant wipes to wipe down the room and the rooms are carpeted (uggh). But, THE AREA IS AMAZING, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!!!

This hotel is disgusting, we walked into our room. And it was so filthy! The pillowcases were stained the bed spread was stained, there were 4 live cockroaches running around. Just stay away!

Didn't stay.. when to check the room and the first think when I walked in was the smell of the carpet which was a dog pee and weed smell. Came with my grandkids who both have allergic with those smell I refuse to stay.

I don't like loudness at early morning times. If it isn't normal functioning times then it is disrespectful for anyone to be noisy talking loud by someone's window or driving in and your music is loud, etc. These people also don't need to be in stairwells doing drugs. No one wants to smell that but themselves. I don't want that crap in my lungs. And the cigarette butts can be put in their own personal can and not on all of the stairs. EVERYONE NEEDS TO MAKE THE MOVEMENT TO RESPECT OTHERS WHO STAY HERE TOO AS WELL AS RESPECT THE PROPERTY AND OWNERS TO KEEP THE PLACE LOOKING NICE. THIS IS NOT JUST AN EXTENDED STAY EFFICIENCY TEMPORARY HOME FOR SOME PEOPLE, BUT ALSO A HOTEL BUSINESS TO THE PUBLIC!

Facility was unfortunately very rundown and the long term occupancy was a dismal aspect to the upkeep of the premises exterior and the actual room condition!

Worst property I have ever stayed in. Fire the property manager!

In my 67 yrs, I have NEVER stayed in a motel as FILTHY and DISGUSTING as this one!!! The owner, parent company and Orbitz should be ashamed of this property. Since my 3-day reservation was non refundable, we weren’t going to lose our money so we had to buy Febreeze spray and car vip-on vent deodorizers and put them in air conditioner, Clorox wipes to wipe EVERYTHING, and never let our feet touch the carpet. If this is an acceptable property in the eyes of decision makers, I’ll find another search site!!!

From the lobby you can see that cleanliness is not a priority for these guys. Going up to the room we had strong smells of weed in the elevator and hallway. Once we got to the room we saw roaches everywhere: on the counter tops, on the walls, and on the beds. There was a strong mold smell present as well and the counters were very dirty. My family turned around and left nauseous, we had to find different accommodations. Do not recommend this place at all.

Carpet is sticky and so filthy it left our feet black. The kitchette has been stripped of all cooking utensils, pots/pans, cups, bowls, plates, silverware, etc. Theres a range cooktop you cant use it unless you bring all your own supplies.

Terrible place. Bugs, mosquitos and other flying blood suckers in the room, I advised front desk and the gal said oh thats a florida thing and I shouldn't leave the door open. NO HOT water, luke warm at best.

Room not clean at all. Floors sticky. Hair stuck to walls of shower, dead roach on bathroom floor. Shelf for bathroom items so crooked items slide off. TV remote did not work, went to office, they changed the batteries and that did not help. Gave second remote, still did not work. Could not move me to another room as they were booked. If I could have moved to another motel I would have, everything was booked solid in the area. Office does not open until 9 am. If you need bath towels or TP you better get it before they close for the night or you'll do without.
