The clerk that checked us in was amazing she was pleasant friendly very professional made us feel very welcome

Really enjoyed our stay! Friendly staff. Comfortable bed, nice shower.

The parking lot was littered with drinking cups and paper. The furniture was old-looking and unappealing to sit on. The bathtub had a crack in the bottom making it not inviting to use.

The hotel was formerly an Holiday Inn, and those are usually good hotels. The room was spacious and clean.

I was surprised by the beautiful large rooms. Very nice. Also very quiet. This surprised us considering the location.

I booked 4 nights. They had me in for 2 nights and then charged me again. Said i shouldn't have used expedia to book. Tried to make me check out after 2 nights. So had to talk to manager again. She talked to me like I was some kind of idiot. She finally said she contacted Expedia to get payment and i was good for a couple more night's. I have yet to receive my payment back for the nights they charged me twice for. Water Park is not included in the stay. So had to pay another $150 a day for that. They only clean the room if you are leaving. If you need fresh towels or the trash picked up, you have to go to the front desk. Hair in the bathroom from previous guests. Bottom of tub hadnt been cleaned in who knows how long. I had to clean it myself. Overall not worth the money you pay and definitely need to work on customer service skills. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Check-in was seamless. Great service by front desk female when we ran out of body wash - great communicaation and timely response (also a benefit that she speaks 4 languages😯). Breakfast was filling and tasty. Despite being attached to Splaash Lagoon, room was surprisingly peaceful and quiet. Would stay there again with no hesitation. Only critique is to upgrade the signage from a banner to an actual permanent fixture.

The building shows its age. The floor on the breakfast area was sticky.

Located attached to Splash Lagoon Water Park making it a great place to stay with kids.

Expedia double booked our reservation so we didn’t get to stay, Expedia needs to correct the problem with booking. My daughter had the same problem

Overall its nice hotel. I believe they just bought it. So hopefully they put some money in fixing some things. Tolet seat was broke. And a handle on a dresser was broke. The breakfast was hit and miss. Floor where you eat was dirty.

This Hotel Changed my Reservation without Notice, and then over booked the room so there were no rooms to be had so when i arrived. I had no reservation and no option to stay there They SUCK.

Wow what a mess. The lister of this booking knew I had three adults yet showed me a room listing with a king and a child's bunkbed. "Multiple beds" meant one bed for adults, so one of us had to sleep on a roll out bed. Of course the hotel blamed the lister, and the lister blamed me for not reading the fine print. Yep, i should have been checking that one of our beds would be the size of a small crate for an adult. We never received the linens for the roll out either. The hotel was more concerned about pointing fingers at the lister and how i had just booked the room the previous day (what does that have to do with anything) instead of resolving the issue. The hotel was pretty dirty and smelled bad too. Horrible experience.

The evening receptionist was awesome! We were traveling thru and gave great places to eat , Sarahs. And places to go and see. She was so helpful! We ended up staying 2 nights for this area.

Good experience, and a very comfortable stay. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were wonderful. We had adjoining rooms. The only thing we didnt like is that our towels and wash clothes were not restocked daily. We had a kitchen with stove top but had no dishes or pans. The maids were all males and they were all wonderful and great workers.

This was a nice place, the store needs stocked better.

Bedding were dirty, was given new ones, inside the refrigerator had some stains, despite cleaning it again, the bathtub was not clean enough. Old Microwave. They need to upgrade Microwave and bathtubs.
