The villas were the perfect size for my little family for a long weekend in Williamsburg. This resort offered many amenities but we had a jam packed schedule and didn’t take advantage of enough of them. I can’t wait for our next trip down!

The pictures of rooms were misleading.

The property is cute but I had to clean my own bathroom because it was filthy. The shower floor was molded. The repairs had been done hastily. There is no where in the bathroom to put your things. The toilet paper holder came off the wall when I used it and the shower faucets were loose in the wall and broken. Since I only slept and showered there it was fine, but not worth the price. Disappointed. Did not match what is on the website.

Our stay was amazing. We stopped by to see if they could give us recommendations on where to eat before checking in and they said our room was ready so we could check in early. They also gave us a booklet and some recommendations on where to go. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Ive stayed in a few of the hotels in the area since my daughter attends W&M and I have to admit, this was the best one! We loved staying in the cabin like rooms. The first thing I noticed was how clean and wonderful the room smelled. We like the convenience of the location and the amenities included. Check in/out was easy, and the bed was comfortable.The bathroom was a bit small, and the only thing I would change would be to have screens in the windows, but I will definitely stay here again.

What a cute spot and so close to the historic section of Williamsburg. Check in was so polite and courteous and offered information on dining options. Will definitely be back.

Overall, the property is nice and the staff were wonderful. Our main complaint was that the walls were incredibly thin between our first room and the room beside us such that we could hear the conversation of our neighbors until 2:30am. However, we requested to move to a room where we did not have an immediate neighbor if possible, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and moved us to a very nice room for our second night. We were in town for the triathlon and had to get up very early both days, so having a second night uninterrupted was much appreciated.

Property is very old with smell, Air condition is very noisy and hard to sleep when it start to cool. TV cable stopped working no spare part. They offered to change the room instead of bringing another TV cable box and router but we didn’t accept since was our last night and we checked out next tomorrow morning.Staff are very helpful and responsive but don't expect very clean and luxury room.

The room was old. Needed serious updating and smelled terrible. Nothing the way the picture looks on Expedia when booking. The walls were stained and smelled like mold. Cracks and holes on the baseboard..

The hotel location was ideal and parking was perfect. The room was ok but the bathroom air ducts were so dusty. Really needs some cleaning but it was convenient for what we need

While the hotel itself is older, it was very well maintained. Our room was clean and well furnished. All of the staff was very kind and attentive. The only thing that could use a slight bit more attention was the pool area, unfortunately some of the patrons were not good about throwing away their trash and one guest thought it was okay to smoke at a table at the pool. The area, though, is very large and fortunately did not impede our stay. Many nice activities for family at a very reasonable price.

The property was fine. We were kindly welcomed. It was a good value for the price. There was no breakfast available but there was a mini-fridge and microwave.
The room was clean, but a bit worn and outdated. The bathroom needed some help. The walls were thin and we had noisy neighbors 5/6 nights we were there. The weight room was nicely appointed. We ran out of time to visit the pool.

That place is very quiet and safe around. People are very friendly and welcoming. Room was perfect and clean and big. Tv is big not like other places. I recently stayed at the Westgate resort in Williamsburg while visiting Busch Gardens and Kings Dominion with my family. I must say that the customer service was excellent at this resort. Every staff greeted us everytime we walked pass. The rooms were very clean. The location is amazing. Next to everything you need and the scenery is beautiful. I will definitely be staying again the next time my family is in Virginia 😍

The room was old and outdated. Shower wasnt installed correctly so it puddled up and then leaked inside the rest of the room. Thenlight outside the door attracted hundreds of insects so we finally unscrewed it since we had bugs all in the room. Then there were hundreds of dead bugs on the ceiling. The site is misleading because it looks like a nice room but that is for the nicer rooms at the main site. But I will say the staff is really nice and attentive.

This place is mainly for families and not couples/singles. We were here during the week and could not really use the amenities near the main building because of the amount of kids. The 2nd pool was nice because no one had discovered it was there. Walls are really thin, you can hear everything including full on conversations from the next room. Thankfully the rooms around us were mainly empty. Cottages need some updating. Walls and ceilings are peeling paint. Bathroom doesnt have anywhere to sit anything. Shower leaks onto the floor and is very small. I would only stay here again if it were off season and not so great weather as i think if this place was fully packed it would be intolerable.

I had a great one-night stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were clean and open late. There are multiple restaurants in walking distance and lots of attractions within 10 minutes as well. I would definitely be happy to return!
