Bathroom cleanliness was poor. Room cleanliness was ok. Room was supposed to have a king sized bed and a sofa bed sleeper. There was no sofa bed, only a chair. The hair dryer did not work at all.
The breakfast was not very good.
Overall..... disappointed in room amenities, room cleanliness, hotel amenities, and price for it all..........

This place is absolutely disgusting. If it weren’t a non-refundable reservation and it’s 11:30pm halfway through a 14 hour drive, I’d never even touch the sheets. Don’t stay here - even if it’s free.

Drove past the entrance. Very poor signage. had to drive down rosd, make a U turn to get on the service road to hotel. very strong cleaning chemical odors in hallway.

I just love Moe at the front desk. He was so nice , gave out baked cookies he makes for the guests checking in. The employees are courteous and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean, the hotel smelled nice and was inviting. Had a blast at the pool with my grandkids. Continental breakfast was always good . I enjoyed the area as well! Will definitely stay again on next visit .

I had 10 teenagers in my home (kids brought friends home from college). I decided I wanted a quiet night and booked a room. Checked in about 5pm and from 5pm til 11pm all I heard was kids screaming, people running down the hall. Just madness. I called the front desk and they apologized. I could not rest at all, ended up leaving. Lets not forget to mention that the room smelled musty, the blanket had a yellow stain and overall it was a 0/10 for me. I want my money back, waste of my time.

The air conditioning did not work in the room, the sheets had disgusting blood marks as if the sheets were not changed. We put towels down to cover it AND slept on top of the duvet. If we weren’t exhausted from our travel day,,,,,I would have raised some serious cane!! Do not stay,,,room is dirty and freakin nasty.
We waited for Check in which took 45 minutes, the gal had no idea how to check us in nor could confirm we had the correct room type. I was pre paid through hotels.com and I pulled up the reservation and she said that only suites have pull out sofas, she was specific that our room was one king bed only.
Hotels.com, please stop promoting this hotel.

The room I was assigned first had a smell when you walked in. It smelled like wet mildewed laundry. I let the front desk know. They came up right away. They changed my room. The service was very good.

During this visit, people were outside partying and very loud past midnight. When getting ready to checkout, people were hanging outside the back door smoking, drinking, having very loud conversations and blocking the parking lot area with their vehicles.

There was a party or something outside right beneath the windows until 430am. In the morning there were coolers and bottles all over the place.

Bathtub was disgusting. Nozzle was coming out of wall. Painted tub was chipping as I showered and I had to stand in inches of dirty water because it wasn’t draining. Hallways also smelt. This place needs to renovate!

I reserved and paid for a king. Sruck me in a double. I aksed about it and was told with a pet (service dog) thats all theyll give you. I said im 6"4' and my feet will hang off. They didnt care.

The hotel was great, clean, and friendly. Two Issues, the toilet is not handicap height and the the people working the desk were very hard to understand. Our stay was great. Would recommend this the Comfort Inn with Ihop attached!

The Room was Clean. Front Desk Staff was professional. Parking is not good had issues trying to find Parking. With Ihop next door it just seemed to be a bit Congested.

Front desk was welcoming. Location close to Ripken. Disappointed pool was not open-did not mention on site it’s only open memorial-labor day. Room had weird setup with sink outside bathroom and towels were stored outside bathroom in open closet.

We arrived very early for check-in. The receptionist was very accommodating and let us check in early and even waived the fee. The hotel itself was okay but the room was nice and clean. I would recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

I booked a sweet with beds enough for my family in what was advertised as a pet friendly hotel. When I arrived I was downgraded to a room without enough beds and charged a surprise fee for my dog. The room is dirt including 2 different prescription pills we found on the floor and a dirty towel with a clump of hair folded up in the bathroom.

The staff was very friendly and the hotels its self have a lovely welcome area. Very homey. The nice thing about this hotel it has an ihop attached to it which was great! The room was clean. We sleep like a baby.
