I had gone to the front desk & requested additional washcloths for my room (2 people) & my friends' room for our second night stay & was told that I was already given enough for our two nights' stay (which were used the first day) and when I said I needed more, I was told I had to return my dirty washcloths before I could get any more. I had to go back to my room, put the dirty washcloths (plus every other dirty towel I had, because I was so mad) in a bag & take them back up to the front desk. I clean houses for a living so this isn't about being too entitled or being too "good" to handle dirty washcloths, it's just bad, bad, bad customer service.

when they did the upgrade to the bathrooms in the rooms they either used wall paint or cheap bathroom paint to paint the shower floor and the paint was peeling off and clogging the drain when my kids were taking their showers.

The bed was comfortable.

Upon our arrival we were informed that there was not any water. The event we were attending in a conference room was happening in 30 minutes. Right after checking in someone said there water was back on. Went to the room... nothing. Several hours later we returned to the room for the night. Turned on the water and black gunk poured out of the faucet. My mother said the same thing happened in her room along with a smell. We left early there next morning no shower, no teeth brushing and no breakfast. I will not stay here again.

The phone in the room did not work, and when I brought it up they said it would be repaired. It was never fixed in our remaining two days there. Had to ask several times to get maid service, ie towels changed and beds maid. They offer a complimentary breakfast. The bread was rock hard, didn't need to toast, the warmer for the eggs and sausage really didn't warm up the items. They say pet friendly, but no details, then when you check in find out its$25 per night. Almost impossible to get a receipt from then during checkout. Lots of excuses, printer out, maids have to check the room and they aren't here, we will send it via email later. Made me very uncomfortable. Seems ripe to be ripped off.

Booked online, it said there were 5 rooms available. We get to the hotel and the receptionist said they didn’t have any rooms. I showed him my confirmation and he said yea I don’t have anything. Thankfully my card was not charged but we had to drive another hour to get a room somewhere.
