The facility was very clean and the people we're very nice. It didn't claim to be more than it was, but it was far from high class accommodations

First room was being used as I opened the door. Given another room but this was on the ground floor by reception and the cleaners started making lots of noise at 5:30am
Room was basic but functional.

Although the rooms appears clean, they smelled unclean, like stagnant cigarette smoke. We had two rooms on two different floors and both of them smelled this way.
I would not return here.

Burned down car in front of room. Sketchy kids rolling blunts leaning on our window. Seems like the long term renters there aren’t in check.

Very noisy... I guess it's because there's no carpet but you can hear people walking in the hallway. Also, lots of noise from downstairs in the lobby/breakfast area around 5:00 AM. Room is very basic and bathroom is sort of clean but old so doesn't really look clean. Would not stay here again.

While they are actively updating the place, there were a lot of missed issues with the room and building. Beds were very hard and small. The satellite tv was going in and out when it was sunny out. External doors were not shutting properly. If we didn’t prepay we would have moved hotels.

Smell like smoke. My mom and I couldn’t take it. Didn’t even stay got another room somewhere else. Couldn’t get money back

My experience here was unpleasant. When I arrived the front desk concierge was less than welcoming. She only spoke to us to tell us to sign the iPad to confirm our stay. When we went to our room it wasn’t ready. We were given another room. This room had an uncovered socket. The paint in the bathroom was peeling and different colors. There was also mold on the A/C, which when turned on had a very unpleasant smell. We ended up leaving immediately and booking a room at another hotel.

Actually it was better than I thought, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast they could have kept that, no meat, just cereal, coffee, juice, and bagels. Could have been a better continental breakfast

It was not clean. Cigarette butts in the hallway. Sheets were stained. The back of the bathroom door was disgusting. Bathroom door didnt shut. Loitering on and IN the property was HORRIBLE.

Better than sleeping outside. Shower pressure was great but the bathroom REALLY needed a cleaning, it was quite grimy especially around the sink faucet. The heat/ac unit made really loud weird noises and the ice machine right outside the door was annoying too. Booked a room for 3 people-2 adults and a child. There weren’t enough towels for us and when we requested another we were told sorry but they didn’t have any more. This is a budget option and I knew that when booking so I’m not mad about anything. I felt safe and we brought our own pillows and blankets. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone but I would stay there again myself if I didn’t have any better options

One of the worst “hotels” we have ever stayed in. I cannot express my dissatisfaction with this location. Holes in the walls, bare light bulbs sticking out with wires exposed, shower head water pressure came out like a garden hose, and dirtbags smoking weed at the pool while their kid was swimming. Total trash! DO NOT STAY HERE

Easy access off the highway.
Very noisy, i have to question their choice to go to vinyl flooring. Everything echos through the whole building.
Clearly they do their own laundry. Stains on every towel, hand towel and wash cloth. I had to question if the bath mat had been washed at all. Commercial laundering would get these stains out.

I chose this property based on some good reviews. Was horrified by with the room offered to me which was absolutely disgusting. Bugs, holes in walls, dirty sheets, clogged tub and dirty bathroom. How can they offer a room in such condition? Requested another room. No apologies from management. Second room was decent, but the experience left me overall dissatisfied.

After my shower I take a towel off the rack and there is a s*** stain on the towel and there's a hand towel that had toothpaste still stuck to it
