We hit a lot of traffic on our way and didn’t check in until close to 2am. Upon check in the guy at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. It was greatly appreciated especially after such a long ride. Bed was comfy.
The pool was just ok-

Quite area. All staff were very courteous and professional. Breakfast was great.
The bathroom faucet has a slight leak. It’s not a big deal at all, but some water would leak out onto the countertop. I’m sure it’s just a $1 seal that needs to be replaced.

Loved the location and my room!! Everything was clean and we had a great view!
There was a baseball conference going on and there were so many young men 11-15 who were not supervised. Somewhat chaotic & was not the romantic getaway we wanted.

Location
We had no hot water during our stay. The manager on site was not very pleasant to deal with. She was not very accommodating. No room service until I complained to the front desk.

My room did not appear to be fully and properly cleaned. The mirror in the bathroom was dirty. The shower doors were not clean. The soaps provided were completely empty. I found clothing, not mine under the bed along with a rubber ball. Need a housekeeper monitor to ensure proper cleaning.

I would have liked to see a gluten free option for breakfast (bread or bagel). Also, on the second morning the only flavor yogurt available was strawberry. I asked if there were any more vanilla yogurts, but I was told that they were out of vanilla.
Both the body wash in the shower and the hand wash by the sink were empty.
