The staff was kind of rude and the room that Was reserved for us smelled moldy and musty. We were willing to try another room in the same hotel but when we ask to see another room the. Hotel receptionist told us that "all the rooms Are the same" And shrugged his shoulders pretty much as if to say we already have your money for the 2 rooms that you reserved for tonight.. When We let Him Know that we Probably were not going to be able to stay at that facility. He told us there was nothing he could do then looked back down and went back to whatever computer work he was doing..

We were not able to get a reasonable refund considering the terrible circumstances. 2 different rooms.

Room smelled of smoke. Many children hanging out the windows on 2 nd floor. Yelling and screaming are you pizza delivery person

no soap or shampoo like in most rooms no microwave

Hardwood floor was sticky and not clean. Hallway had heavy smoke smell.

The location was adequate for the areas we planned on going to. Met expectations for a 1 star hotel. The hotel was in our price range. There was 1 employee that really knew what customer service was all about, Mahesh needs to be cloned, he was unbelievable.

The staff could understand and be able to communicate in English. Cleanliness could be definately be improved inside and out.
