Good for the value. They are renovating so that's good. It's a good basic beach resort and the pools were nice and it's right on the beach. Would stay again

The room needed remodeling. The pull out sofa bed was worn out you felt every spring. The indoor pools needed more water in the pool. It was ok for only a few days.

We had a great time the hotel was nice staff was amazing will be back again

There is a lot to say about this resort. Firstly, they do not have “breakfast included”. There is one restaurant that is over priced next door, that you can walk to. I had to have someone change my room because our patio door didn’t lock and our shower wasn’t usable. Mind you, we were placed on the first floor, so we could’ve been robbed at any moment. Speaking of robbed, the manager made us feel dumb because the safe wasn’t operational and they didn’t feel that this was a big enough issue to address. On one of the first nights, we were there, there was actually a break-in from a patio balcony on the 10th floor. This man was never caught and he broke through a patio door that did not lock properly. I have never experienced A group of employees who were so bothered by having to do the bare minimum of their jobs. It was so difficult to find someone that worked there to address issues with, because there was relatively no one ever available at the front desk. On top of that, they have a pool available for the guest to swim in, but don’t plan on getting wet because they do not refill the towels after 10:30 AM. The pool opens at nine so if you don’t get there first, you don’t get a towel. There was no maintenance that ever came to the room, or housekeeping. If we wanted new sheets, then we had to go to the front desk to get them. Like I said no one was ever available at the front desk, and I couldn’t call because our room phone was broken. I have more to say, with no room.

Get there to find out they charge everyone extra for daily parking and also insurance. The room has only a couple pans so don’t expect to cook a full course meal. No smoking on balcony at all. Location isn’t really close to anything. The staff is mediocre. Not great not terrible. For the $ I expected somewhat better.

It was fine

I liked the view and how there are multiple pools. My kids enjoyed the lazy river and the pools. The beach water was nice and warm but unfortunately we were not warned about jelly fish presence and my daughter got stung very bad in both legs as it wrapped around her leg. I won’t be surprised if box jelly fish appears there because the marks my poor child got were massive.She was in pain for two hours as she still healing from it. Apparently the day before a whole family got stung as well. I did not like how the resort didn’t have food service by the pools, it can definitely use one.

The property toilets didn’t work properly I went without the use of the toilet the one night I did stay there. Property is aware of the water pressure being low but don’t have an overnight maintenance crew to resolve the issue. Would not recommend.

I booked an oceanfront suite and when I arrived I was given a partial view room. When I informed them about my booking they convinced me that this is what expedia projects as oceanfront and are ready for me to leave and take it up with expedia. Such an unpleasant experience. Both the hotel and expedia are inconsiderate here.

Amazing location. Great beach access and parking. Property is under renovation but still fully functionable.

Quality of facility not the best, could be cleaner and well managed. Balcony door did not full latch and would not lock.

I feel the room had not been occupied for a while do to it was very dusty and floors were not cleaned very well in our room

They never tell about some part of the building is in construction they charge for the parking 😒 $12 dls for day

All the pools weren’t open and never could Catch an elevator. But enjoyed stay over all and front desk staff were so nice!

Hotel is average, could use some up keeping. Room was spacious like the kitchen in the room. Family enjoyed the fire show, pool and other amenities need updating.

Great place to stay. The arcade is pretty bland, but it's a nice addition. The bowling alley is closed currently due to renovations. The pools were all clean, and everyone was nice.

Cons: The property was not very clean. Rooms dirty. Rooms and hallways had musty, moldy odor. No hot water at times, other times- hot water would work for about 2 mins only if you ran kitchen sink bath sink and tub at the same time and for about 20 mins before taking bath or shower. Alot of construction work being done in the parking areas, parking areas are tight. Elevators slow. Bowling alley not available for use until 2025. Pros: front desk staff was pleasant. Maintenance staff was professional and tried to fix hot water issue. Pool area had great music ans entertainment.

my stay was okay

Booked 2 nights arrived late. On arrival reception area dirty unkept smelly. Even without ongoing construction it's rundown. Our room was dirty floor bathroom etc. Changed room next morning.(A little better but honestly not much) Within an hour our floor was becoming wet. Informed front desk. We were told it was an A/C issue this season. Hours later arrived back to room after dinner to discover the floors soaking wet our bags personal items anything left on floor damp. Front desk informed me no rooms available and all they could offer was a maintenance to come check it out. Apparently it maybe was an A/C issue but he wasn't sure!! Checking out I asked about any possible refund and was informed because I booked through third party(Expedia) they could do nothing and offer nothing!

I book through Expedia for an ocean front room.The captains quarters put me in a side view room for the same price .I should have receive a discount because that room was cheaper . Captains quarters said I need to take it up with Expedia .This is getting old Expedia.

Highly recommend staying elsewhere. The room hasn't been vacuumed in years. The hallways are littered with trash. The pool is cloudy and dirty. Many of the pools were not working as advertised. Check-in takes forever, there was 1 lady that was very nice and the rest literally HATED being there. That's not even to mention that the hotel was an adult version of spring break. Loud music blaring, over-crowded pools, trash left everywhere. You get what you pay for at this hotel...complete trash

Room did not have running hot water, when we talked to the front desk all she said was in Jamaica we don’t take showers with hot water, and that we had to talk to the 3rd party we booked through. Expedia refunded us for the inconvenience which cancelled the reservation. Front desk claimed we weren’t supposed to stay but nothing was ever told to us. Decent stay for the money but just won’t stay due to this type of headache

The staff could of been more excessible to their patrons and never picking up the trash from the rooms not delivering towels and cups elevator was terrible and never working properly.

Like that there is lots to do. Great for kids.

Room was not ready at check-in. When I was finally able to check, the room was not clean. I left a note for the manager to call me when they were on-site but they never called me. Not staying there again.

The place was ok, but the price wass a bit too high based on the condition of the place.

The Property was in a good location but the room was filthy we had to purchase cleaning supplies and clean it ourselves no house keeping when we needed clean towels or sheets they were just left at the door
