A decent place to stay in the middle of busy Thai-town. Convenient to transit and train station. Property is clean but tired. Staff are accommodating.

Blanket provided in the cupboard smelled of sweat. Apart from that, it was a really nice place to stay. Very central. Would definitely stay again

The property is centrally located to all you need.When we arrived there wasn't anyone on reception there was a phone number to ring and no one answered.We noted this for others same day

The property was in a fantastic location. The rooms were fine. But we had no cleaning service in the whole week we were there.
Communication from front staff was basic. Not overly helpful. And not friendly. Fine if you needed no help.

Good price and location. The carpet needs replacing, and the service was not good. On the first day, I asked for towels because there weren’t enough, but the reception said they would provide them tomorrow as the cleaner had already finished for the day. The next day, after being out the whole day and returning at night , the towel were still not provided.

Love stay at World Square. The apartment has all things required for an extended stay with great kitchen & washer & dryer.

The front desk was not easy to communicate with. They don’t know anything we ask or gave us the wrong information.
The room smelled like curry. We ask for a spray to mitigate the smell but it only work for an hour or so. We sprayed before we left for the day but came back at night with the same smell.
Clearly, it wasn’t cleaned properly or shall I say,
It needs a deep clean to remove the nauseating smell of curry.

The units were quite dated. Reception were rude and did not offer any assistance, even though we had a lot of luggage. Only one of the lifts worked, causing delays. The beds were the worst I've slept on in a long time. They were old and worn. The queen bed was 2 songles pushed together and they didn't even bother to put an overlay on. I would not recommend this, especially for the price

This is a great apartment. Loved the size, having fresh air and the layout. Highly recommended with so many great eating places nearby.

TV wouldn't change channels, air conditioning noisy, couch had white blobs of something on it so I wasn't wanting to sit on it, only one lift working which I believe has been an issue for several months, bathroom badly designed with only one small towel rail and no bench space or shelf, Hooks for hanging towels or cloths were at the top of the door! and unreachable. Very noisy from street traffic but great location. Room was clean apart from the couch and it had a stove and oven. One staff member was sloppily dressed and indifferent. The other staff member was professionaly dressed and professional.

I loved the place; it's great value for money. It's convenient, close to public transportation, and clean. The only issue I had was with a staff member who knocked once on our door and then entered without waiting for a response. He should have waited for me to open the door rather than just barging in

I found APX World Square to be great value considering it's famtastic location. Easy walking distance to the light rail & 1 stop from Central. Security & cleanliness were fantastic. I stayed in a studio apartment and it was generous in size..

Our check in took 1/2 hour. My mum and dad couldn’t check in to about 6.30 and reception told me if they didn’t check in by 2.30 their room would be cancelled although they had already taken their deposit . Mum was on phone for 40 minutes trying to sort it out in the end they added it to my booking and I paid .. inconvenient .
