Very noise, you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. The loft is very inconvenient as your bed and night stands are the only items in the loft and the stairs are super loud to go up or down, and are very small. Bed is very uncomfortable, kind of like sleeping on a stack of cardboard.

It was lovely. Beautiful drive there. Very isolated. Rustic. Dinner was fine, served with smiles. Staff were all somewhat ‘new’ but they did their very best and can not be faulted. We put in some laundry and had it back within a few hours. Pricey but had to be done. I’d go back there.

We booked our stay last minute and the resort was very accommodating. Polite service and overall great customer service. Views were spectacular. Plenty of activities to take part in for all skill levels.

The Delphi hotel is a great place to go for a family activity filled few days. It is I would say on the lower end of a 4 star hotel - the spa is tiny but nice. All restaurant staff are foreign and a lot of them are untrained, so they will not be your usual 4 star service in that respect. Food choices are good and prices reasonable. Activities for children are fantastic and there's a good playground where children gather and meet and play with others of all ages. The toiletries in the rooms are average I would say and are extremely difficult to dispense... my children and my mother had a hard time squeezing them out! Otherwise it was a lovely stay.

A lovely resort in a stunning setting. It had everything we needed, it was relaxed and peaceful and all staff were friendly and welcoming.
I would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose.

Read positive reviews about being family friendly but gave to say this was amongst the most disappointing aspect for us.
Staff made no effort to engage with the kids, nor was there anything for them to do inside the hotel, given that the spa area is adults only.
Hotel is tired in places.
Check-in staff were lacklustre however bar staff were much better.
Overall disappointed & wouldn’t recommend this hotel

Loved this place, but for the price, and for the basic nature of the thermal suite, think it should be included in the stay. Also, while having a few nice dishes, the restaurant menu was incredibly limited for a few night stay.

Hotel location is perfect if you like being surrounded with lake and mountains. The resort is beautiful. Dinner in the hotel's restaurant was delicious and the breakfast had plenty of choices. We wish we could have stay longer.

Quiet place mainly for guests seeking different sports activities. Far away from villages, in the evening one is therefore mainly restricted to stay in the hotel.
The menu is unfortunately always the same (at least during our three days stay) and the food is of mediocre quality but fairly high-priced. The different items on the plate often do not fit to one another. The chef is not adequate to a four star hotel.

Beautiful setting, we had an isolated problem with our room but our concerns were understood and immediately addressed by the manager. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was good and dining area was clean. I highly recommended in spite of the problem we initially had because it was addressed with great concern for our happiness.

The location was nice. The staff could have been much friendlier. When asked for water, they delivered a carafe and no glasses. When asked for tea, we had to ask for honey, etc. NOTHING was delivered with a smile.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful area. Adventure centre activities were great fun. Just felt the staff were a bit inexperienced and lacked that little extra hospitable touch that local staff can bring.
Some requests around food and drink orders were confused, bar service was quite slow and the young staff all round seemed a bit hesitant and not quite attentive to the level of service one expects for the price we paid for our stay.
Aside from that, it was good. Food was nice and it was quiet at night so we all slept well….

Overall enjoyed our visit to this remote resort. We were fortunate with the weather and the location scenery is both dramatic and spectacular.
On the negative side we were somewhat surprised with the room size for a 4 star property. Accepting we paid a lower rate it was still quite small. We couldn’t envisage a longer stay beyond the 2 nights we had in the court yard rooms. The apparent complete absence of a snug bar/dedicated bar area was also a surprise as the resort is well away from other hostelries.
On the upside we enjoyed our dining experiences and the service was both attentive and pleasant.
