Good hotel, good for town center, very quiet and clean.

We were looking for a 2 bedroom stay for us, our teenage daughter, and our 10 month old. Roomzzz came up asa 2 bed apartment option, which suited our needs perfectly. We were very impressed with the hotel; apartment was spacious and very clean, and we will absolutley stay here again if in Leeds.

Great location and very comfortable ‘aparthotel’. Really friendly & helpful staff. Only disappointment was we’d requested a twin room, but got a double. Not ideal for me and my brother.

Great rooms, unfortunately they're building next to the hotel so the morning was a little disturbed but everything within their control was great.

The room smelt strongly of cannabis, throughout our stay. The plugs in the bathroom, along with the extractor fan also didn't work. We notified the property but nothing was done to sort it out.

The only issue I had with this property is the beds are way too low in the standard rooms. However, it was suitable for two persons. The view from the fourth floor was not great as there is construction going on and scaffolds equipment are the first things we saw when we open both windows.
It was very clean, modern and had everything we needed. We only brought food and personal preferential items. I was disappointed I couldn’t extend as the property was fully booked. The bathroom was nice with an Enclosed shower. Great lighting, working AC - took some time to get cold but definitely worked. The room is very much a studio. Don’t think it’s suitable for 3 people. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.

The staff were great. The rooms are dated, but the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was a little rundown and we had an issue with the washer breaking down and smoking. Again, the staff at the front desk were great... very friendly and they did all the could to help with the laundry situation, but it did negatively impact our plans for the day.

Convenient for railway station and also the city centre stores.
The only downside for us was that there was heavy plant machinery right outside our window, making us feel unable to open the curtains to keep some privacy. There was obviously some refurbishment/ building work going on in the building across from our room. Apart from this, we were impressed with the service and the facilities were great. Would use Roomz again.

Only small problem was the condition of the lounge settee but other than that, it was an ideal and very clean accommodation.

Good size apartment, great for overnight business stay. Good location and lots of places to eat nearby.
Car parks are close too so not too inconvenient, but they are expensive for long stay.

Great place for a short stay. Clean & good facilities bit of confusion over payment…. Thought paid up front but hotel said not… so this is main reason for 4 not 5.
Also close to late night pubs/ clubs…. So if you’re wanting to go to see early… probably not the place for you as the music can be quite loud.
However, not an issue for us & slept really well.
Ultimately good value for money & would stay again.

The hotel on your site said it had parking available, it didn’t, we were down for two days and the parking cost me £50. The hotel had a technical issue, where we had to get somebody to let us into our room, the key card machine wasn’t working, the room wasn’t that clean either

Really well located property in Leeds city centre. Not too expensive, clean and nice people in reception. Couldn't ask for more.

The room was rundown. The shower was tiny. The neighborhood was borderline but not unsafe. The walls were thin and I could hear others talking and a dog barking. However, it was nice to have a refrigerator and washer/dryer in the room, which is what I needed. City centre was also close allowing walking distance to most necessities. Overall the room was adequate, but only stay here for a good price.

Overall really nice . We had the bottom floor so our view was of a parking area . The good thing was that it stayed dark in the morning being surrounded by walls . Would have been nice to have been asked if we wanted that floor or at least told this is our only room. Just as a courtesy. Not a big deal . There was a stain on the curtains that was gross . Someone really needed to do something about that ?? There was also a weird trap door in our ceiling that was partly open and was dirty from hand prints opening it up . Felt kind of weird . Cmon cleaner people pay attention. Anyone else would have been annoyed a lot more . Otherwise it was great . Clean everywhere elsewhere, big bathroom, people working there were polite , helpful and professional. The things I didn’t like were simply details that needed to be mentioned but wouldn’t determine my staying there again . I definitely would !

Check in was easy, and we were given a large 2 bedroomed apartment even though we only booked a 1 bedroom. Parts of the apartment were looking quite tired and are probably due redecorating. The bathroom was very small for saying how large the rest of the apartment was, but it was OK with just 2 of us. The bed however was not comfortable at all and given how close the apartments are to the nightlife, the double-glazed windows didn't seem to do much to stop the noise

10 out of 10 for the staff for their extensive knowledge of Leeds' attractions and restaurants and creating a welcoming environment. Would be ideal to have room service but that was only a minor inconvenience.

We only came for one night to see The Cure at the Arena.
We both thought we could have happily stayed for longer the apartment has everything you need .Fully equipped kitchen , lounge area , eating area. We loved the space even though there was only 2 of us it would have been adequate for 6.

Great location and safe parking. basic room but clean and had everything we needed for a night. Nice breakfast, included - fresh pain au chocolate and croissants and drinks, with fruit and porridge also available to take back to the room. 5 min walk from Trinity and bars and restaurants nearby. Contemporary apartment, we stayed in the Grand Apartment. Spacious and immaculate. Lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom and luxury toilets and big soft towels. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast pastries were delicious. 5 minutes walk from the train station. Perfect location for the city centre shops and bars. Staff were lovely and friendly. Would definitely stay here again

We have stayed at many hotels and quite a few of the Roomzzz including this one previously.
Must say, this is now looking a bit dated in the rooms, the check-in was a bit shambolic as there was an issue checking in our second room we had on the booking.
The most annoying part though was the getting in the actual room.. On the three occasions we went back to the room, each time we had to get someone to program the card again. The last time I had to go back twice and they then opened the door with a master key..
For what we paid and what we have had in the past staying at Roomzzz we did leave a bit disappointed.

Great 4 night stay; having an apartment over a hotel room made a huge difference. The fridge, washing machine and dishwasher were a nice touch. The bed was super comfortable. The facilities were crisp, clean, and I was able to work comfortably. For a city centre room it was very quiet as well, which was a nice surprise. I’ll definitely be back.

There was a toothbrush left on the carpet of the bedroom which suggests it hadn’t been cleaned adequately- not great in the current circumstances.
We were in a rush so forget to mention at desk - the member of staff on front desk was brilliant when we dud mention at check out

The friendliest check in staff I have ever had the pleasure to deal with! Even the "small" rooms are spacious, packed with amenities (even a washer / dryer! So good) and the location is great too - with a co-op just 2 mins away and the train station a 5 minute walk as well as Trinity and Briggate. The room was clean and I have nothing to complain about. This might as well be my new go-to hotel for Leeds!
