Restaurant: le plat commandé (filet de sandre) ne correspondait pas à celui reçu (filet de perche en friture). Après deux réclamations, le serveur insiste pour m'assurer que c'était bien ma commande. Salutations du chef de cuisine à toutes les tables, sauf la mienne (avant d'avoir était servi). Vous devez peut-être habiter sur place et parler allemand pour un bonjour. Hôtel: la chambre ne correspondait pas à celle réservée. Très petite. Cohabitation avec une tribu de moustiques, malgré un appareil anti-moustique (vide)

This is a gasthaus in an older building but rooms are renewed, spacious and clean. The bathroom is an inserted container in the room where you have a stair to get in and you feel like being in a plastic gas chamber. A special experience. Bed and linings great. The people were trying to be polite and I liked them even though they had problems with english. Decent price compared to the other places. Free parking.

Bathroom was claustrophobical, a plastic square place where you could not turn the ventilation off for another 5-10 minutes after turning the light off. Very disturbing fact when you go to the toilet at night. For breakfast there was very little choice, and 1 of each item ( 1 bun, 1 yoghurt, ...). Lady was nice but she didn’t speak english. Location is a bit far from Luzern and no one can help with any taxi or transportation because they didnt speak english

very basic room, untidy and like a prison cell, very dirty with lots of dead flies all over the wall, door and curtain. bad smells in room with no AC. no way of opening the window and noisy floor board and very old and dirty carpet. location near one of the recycling places. very basic breakfast and no worth it at all as it was very expensive. never ever book this place

ease of public transport to Lucerne. The bathroom facilities were excellent. Friendly, efficient staff. excellent breakfast and clean dining area. plenty of parking.

The room was very small. The double bed was against the wall on one side so difficult to climb in.

The hotel is located in an industrial area. It is a great choice if you need to overnight there because of business reasons.

Breakfast could also have eggs, more cheese, yoghurt without sugar, etc. It had marmelade, honey, bread, butter, cereals, juice, coffee, croissant and other things, so not bad.
